Courteous and efficient service. Very prompt to respond to initial enquiry and great communication throughout. Transaction and handover of vehicle was seamless. Vehicle was as described and presented beautifully.

☆☆☆☆AVOID AVOID AVOID☆☆☆☆ My partner purchased a 2019 smart car from this company, a few weeks in and someone had scraped the rear bumper in a carpark. She called a SMART repairer who came out and gave her a price. The day came to do the job and he started to rub the area down only to reveal a blue bumper underneath the badly painted bumper and yet the car is white. The car had been accident-damaged and they, or someone, had used second-hand parts to repair it which was also a different colour. Whoever painted the back bumper had also not prepared the bumper properly, so eventually the white paint will come off, the paint underneath hasn't been rubbed down properly, so the top coat can hold. The car cost over 10k and nearly 11K, so it's not exactly cheap and there was no mention that the car had been in an accident. So, she's rang HPL several times and emailed pictures of the rear bumper to them, as they requested, and they've never bothered to come back to her with a resolution and haven't bothered to phone her back So beware, if you're going to purchase from these, they'll give you all the talk until they've got your money, and then ignore you and yet their slogan states "Honesty Provides Loyalty" ... what an absolute joke and an absolute load of rubbish. So if you don't want to be ripped off, run away from them now!

Recently purchased a car from HPL Oldham and the service i received from the salesman Mason was outstanding. From start to finish he worked to understand what I wanted and made sure what I got excessed my expectations!
