What a shambles of a company! They add thousands onto your finance agreement & know the correct way to word it so you don’t understand or realise until you speak directly to the finance company! When you finally get to speak to someone and tell them your going in they still just leave you sat around waiting to the point your approached to buy a car!! Purchased a car back in March, first experience of heavier rain than normal and it appears my windscreen may be leaking with no obvious damage. Telephoned today as got all the extras pushed onto me when I brought it, not all wanted and when i tried to change , they made it feel more hassle than worth and was too busy dealing with other customers and now again they will not help , telling me to go through my car insurance. NOT HAPPY! The car is only 5 years old so not really wear & tear, as they claim. Also if there is any damage to inside , ie seats, floor or steering, again told that its not covered by the warranty .

Sold me a car citroen c4 grand picasso with a dieing battery that wasn't strong enough to work the stop start, for £14000 you expect the car to be fine, I was told it was all fully checked and everything was working, battery was 267 out of 760 power, I went to a garage who shower me on a obr that the battery had 16 hits on the obr reader and wasn't corrected before sale, so it's cost me £176.99 extra to have a new battery wich instantly worked the stop start, adblue was very close to empty, all levels needed added to, scratches through the paint that wasn't correct after I was told they would be.

On arrival was greeted by Kevin who introduced himself and made us feel welcome. During the whole sale process was friendly and kept us well informed. Disgusted with the aftercare provided. Really upset that I rated then so highly on their first review. Crooks us a better word. Sold me a car known to belong to local drug dealers or a gang, chased around repeatedly and the dealership were unresponsive var breaking gdpr providing me a photocopy of the logbook in the previous owners name saying that is who we bought it off he was an old man not a drug dealer. A day after taking the car the driveshafts are clicking. Again told the dealership will be in touc, they haven't. Rejected the vehicle through the finance company as its damaged and HPL ARE STILL UNRESPONSIVE
