On August 22nd I arranged to meet Simon from the Preston branch, at Oldham with a mini cooper I was interested in. He turned up an hour late with no phone call or apology. After the test drive and inspection of the car, I agreed to purchase. It was at this point that Simon said the front windscreen had been chipped on the drove to Oldham. He assured me the screen will be replaced at a date suitable to me. A week later the screen was replaced but not with a mini windscreen. I bought the car with authentic screens and now I have 1 x generic screen. Also the fitter of the screen informed me that the chipped screen had been repaired previously......so I was lied to. I phoned the Preston branch and stated the above and said I want to return the car and have my part x back. I was told they would buy back the mini for much less than I paid and my part x renault had already gone. This was after on week. Chris. The manager also promised to post out to me a safe guard kit because mine had gone missing during the exchange. I've never recieved. Chris didn't seem concerned when I said I'll be reporting the issue to the ombudsman and I now know why, because they are not registered with them. Chris is now not answering my phone calls or e mails. This is the second and last car I will purchase from these con men and I will tell everyone I know just how poor they are

I went to HPL Oldham and was greeted by Kevin who was so helpful in our search for a car, he told to look at cars and if any I wanted to look at he would bring the keys and explain things about the cars, I found a car I liked and Kevin pointed out stuff about the car which I wouldn’t have known, upon going to pick the car up I noticed a slight problem and asked Kevin about it and he took me to the right department to sort it out and he explained to the other staff what the problem was. All I can say is thank you Kevin for your help and professionalism at your job.

exellent service i hated the car that i got but i got somthing even more valuble i found kev.. the love of my life who still works at hpl motors my carbroke down after just 5 days of driving it to the local kfc i was absoloutley fed up but my lovley kev has solved all my issues and now i am complete.
