Seriously disappointed with the customer service and service department at the Oldham branch I have been trying to get a howling noise sorted on my golf for over 12 months now and still not sorted been in numerous times only to be told every time someone will contact you to get it sorted not once have I had a phone call seems the warranty I brought with the car is non exsitant plus got a text two months ago saying my car is due a service went in to try and book it in and surprise surprise was told someone will be in touch to book it in and yes I am still waiting for a phone call not impressed at all.

My sister Muriel first made the phone call to Hpl motors about a car I saw on their site, and was passed to Howard the salesman who told my sister he would contact me which he did straight away and was so pleasant and very helpful, he sent me through a video of the car and I decided to put down a deposit to secure the car, Howard is a very busy man but always had time to keep me up to date with the progress, he noticed a crack in the windscreen and without hesitation said they would replace it. Once the car was ready he let me know and my sister and I drove down from Scotland to collect it and everything went smoothly, he even made up my private number plates which was a lovely jesture, I would recommend Howard to anyone for his care and attention at all times.

Called to request to test drive a car and put down a deposit. Was told by James the car wasn’t ready, and to call back. Called back two days later and James says they’ve sold the car already, despite it “not being ready to view” a couple of days later. Extremely frustrating and completely unfair service.

We went to look for a replacement vehicle last weekend, HPL Oldham was the first place we visited and Filippo's customer service was excellent. He quickly found us the type of vehicle we were looking for, took us out on a test drive and didn't try any pushy sales tactics. We felt able to make an informed decision on the car and put a deposit down there and then. Today we collected the vehicle. The whole process today took a little over 30 minutes and was with the minimum of hassle. We didn't feel like any additional products were pushed upon us, and the car we drove away was well prepared and ready to go. Filippo had a great sense of humour, understood our requirements and was a credit to your business. We will definitely look to return when we are looking for our next car. As an additional note I would like to add that as a female customer in many car salerooms in the past I have felt sidelined or ignored, and that was not the case at all at HPL. Filippo often spoke to me directly, and our daughter and we felt like valued customers. Thank you!!

Would totally recommend HPL motors. We bought a car through them, they kept us informed on the MOT, there was a slight problem, which we would not have know about and would not have failed MOT on but they still sorted it before we picked the car up. There was also a rattle noise a few weeks after purchase, I called them up and they could not have been more helpful. They paid the garage direct to fix the issue without any stresses. Even the garage we used were impressed with their service as in their experience many car dealerships are known to be difficult and do anything to get out of paying. Definitely 5 star service during and after purchase. Shout out to Conner - thank you

From start to finish it was a great experience. Pip, the salesman was especially good. He was attentive, not pushy and a great guy all around. I was very happily surprised at how much I got for my part exchange.. it was significantly more than I expected and certainly more than what other companies quoted.

Mark B at HPL made the buying experience really easy. He wasn’t the usual pushy salesman which really puts people off, he was very down to earth & honest. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Bought a car from here this weekend (I actually bought it 2 weeks ago and picked it up today) and the whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Seen the car online, enquired, got a call back the next day, ran through everything on the phone and within an hour I’d bought the car. Everything was thorough and made clear to me the whole way through. They called to check in, in the 2 weeks before I picked it up. Upon collecting, the car was in pristine condition. He done all the necessary paperwork and transfers and taxed the car for me. Credit to the salesman David that I was dealing with. He couldn’t have been nicer. The car I was exchanging in broke down on the way there and he drove 15 minutes with water to rescue me. I will 100% come here again when I’m in the market for a new car!

We first met Allen when looking at the car. when we collected new car from Chris who had a trainee with him and also when seeing Conner the following day as 2nd key not working. From start to finish each and every one of these people where polite very patient and helpful even repeating for us when requested. We are so happy with the service and advise given and nothing was any trouble to all staff. Michael and clare very pleased customers.

Ordered a vehicle online without seeing it in person, paid for delivery 1 hour away, vehicle was delivered within 3 days on arrival noticed a few issues, contacted James B at the Oldham branch, who arranged for the vehicle to be collected. We were left with a courtesy car to use. We collected the vehicle from Oldham this morning, arrived to a perfectly clean vehicle which has had time spent on it to ensure the vehicle was in pristine condition as promised. A lovely little touch with a big red bow on the vehicle when we arrived! Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Kept updated every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and every call answered or returned, i genuienly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to James B we will definitely be returning to HPL Oldham to purchase another vehicle when we need one. Don't hesitate if you're looking at purchasing a vehicle from these guys. They won't let you down!

Recently bought a bmw from hpl in Preston, we dealt with Paul and the experience was great. He was very professional and welcoming which made me alot more at ease, he made sure every box was ticked and I had everything needed. When we came to take the car away we opened the boot and the shelf parcel strings had snapped, Paul said il get some ordered and get them straight in the post to you. Thanks Paul!
