Took my son here for his first car and then bought one myself😄 From the minute we got there we were greeted by the guys outside. We sat down with Andrew and he actually listen to what my son wanted then come up with his suggestions. There was no pushy sales pitch he was open and honest about everything. My son is over the moon with the car, we didn’t really go in for that type of car but Andrew put him in the right direction. I just want to say thank you so much to HPL motors Chadderton but especially Andy and the team, for all of their help. We as a family, were in total despair after the death of a loved one, plus being messed about by BMW finance. Andy at Chadderton branch HPL, listened to our story and the issues we were having. My daughter bought an Audi A3 in November 2023 it was sold with 4,000 miles on it, however we have since found out the car had a recorded mileage of 11,400 in April 2023, informed hpl motors Preston of this on 22nd May and still waiting for a response, maybe they're hoping we go away and not follow this up

I had to find a car quite quickly due to my son's breaking so he bought my current car off me. I searched FOW and local garages and then remembered the advert off the radio 'HPL Motors' I googled them and came across a beautiful VW Scirocco Rline, Black Edition. I booked a test drive on the Sunday night, had a restless night and paid a retainer on Monday morning. I Spoke to Andy Hadfield who had arranged for me to test drive at 5pm that night, due to light traffic I was 40ish minutes early! Not a problem for Andy. As he had a customer with him, he asked a colleague to help and took me out. Well, I was sold. I paid the remainder of the deposit, agreed HPL would replace a broken screen, full service, MOT and detailing. Just about two weeks later, I am driving out with my new toy, on Andy's day off. Thank you so much, you explained everything clearly, precisely but most of all professionally. This man is a credit to HPL. I cannot thank you enough. I hope you can improve your handicap soon but if you keep on coming in on your day off to keep your customers happy, maybe not. Totally disappointed! I have been trying to contact HLP Preston via the phone & email since collecting the car on the 9th of June and even requested my email to be sent to the manager Chris who I spoke with the day I collected the car, (I was informed that they would contact me the following day of which this did not happen) lack of customer service! I am still awaiting a response!

The salesman Charlie Heyes was very easy to deal with and came in to work on his day off to complete the handover, would recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys to anyone.

Bought a car for my daughter so her first car they advertised it as a one owner when the V5 came it says 4 previous owners. When I contacted them they just said it was a mistake ? Not to be trusted

Went into Preston HPL and dealt with James, he was extremely helpful and bubbly throughout. Kept me up to date on the cars process. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thankyou.

HPL sold me a care a few months ago. When I came to collect the car they battery was flat. They changed it. Within months was having an issue with the battery continually going flat. Left without any transport for days - HPL would not provide a courtesy car. Car returned after they charged same battery. Same problems weeks later. 6 days they had it at their garage - no courtesy car again, no consideration of the customer. Battery is flat again - they saying cannot even take it into the garage for over a month - no courtesy car even though I've made it clear I need a vehicle for work. Asked them about changing the vehicle as they have sold it to me with a fault - they offered £8000, for a car I paid them £14000 for a few months ago. Managers to cowardly to speak to me on the phone. Raised a complaint but they're not offering anything, complete disregard for responsible trading and customer care. Will be escalating the issue with the Motor Ombudsman. Avoid these rogue traders at all costs, they are shameless conmen.
