Fantastic service from start to finish. There was no pressure at all on our first visit, we were just able to wander around to see what was available. After finding 3 possibilities we were able to test drive them and again no pressure from Andrew the sales rep. Left a deposit for one and collected a week later. Can't fault them at all. 10 out of 10

Sold my Volvo V40 with HPL motors and had a really good experience, and amazed how easy the process was from start to finish.Got a good price from the salesman ARI, who was both friendly and professional, and I will use this company again in the future, as am thinking of maybe buying a Mazda MX5 soft top if ARI gets one might be for me in the future.I can recommend this company enough how they looked after me !!! Thankyou ARI and the team.

I recently bought a new toyota aygo from HPL, I enquired about the vehicle online and immediately a gentleman called andrew Hadfield called me to arrange a visit and test drive, I arrived same day the car was ready to view and test, I loved the car , their was no typical pushy sales man pitch from andrew just very informative with any questions I had, I decided to go ahead with the car , andrew was super helpful with me, I collected the car a few days later when it was ready, and the service was 10/10 you couldn't have been any more helpful andrew and I really appreciate your help! Thank you! X

Service dept saved me at least £175. Went for an oil service (per dashboard notification). HPL though tell me that they did one only 6m previously (car bought from them) so it shouldn't need it. No needless work suggested, just friendly and helpful staff. Just got the MOT it needed. Can't recommend enough.

From start to Finnish of visiting HPL Oldham branch was faultless. Andrew Hadfield who was dealing with myself and getting the finance right for me for my new vehicle was just quality. Just bought a car for my wife, there was no part exchange so it was pretty straight forward, we dealt with Andrew h. he dealt with every thing for us as we were buying on line and wanted the car delivered ,as my wife did not want to drive the car back to nottingham where we live, andy arranged all the details very quick and efficiently, we would definately reccomend hpl oldham to our friends, great service.

I bought a car which had not been brought up to spec with the body work on the day of collection. Complained and had to get staff to clean it before leaving with it. Scratches which were found on 1st inspection were not polished out or rectified as promised. Sadly paid deposit with the promise all work would be done. Only 1 key and was told I could get another cut at timpsons. New key costs £355. Drove away to find warning lights regarding tyre pressures. Returned 4 times over 4 hours. Was told to take to kia to get it fixed myself. Kia shocked by this service because the vehicle was likely to have a damaged sensor, damaged when the tyre replaced. Clearly not checked properly. Have been expected to drive around in a car with an mot fail on the tyre sensor until repair in 2 weeks. Then found speaker broken. Asked for a full refund as confidence in the garage to take responsibility or complete checks has waned. The condition is not as expected nor is it fot for purpose. Ive asked for complaints procedure and no response. No reply to phone calls. Visited the garage and point blank refused a refund even though the car is not fit for purpose. Will pursue with the financial ombudsman.

We went to HPL Motors looking for a first car for our son. The staff there were really helpful and didn't pressurise you when looking around. We were dealt with by Andrew and he was brilliant! He gave us all the details of the car and took our son on a test drive. When purchasing the car, he explained all the rules and regulations in a manner we could understand. The car was serviced and was even delivered to us. We were really impressed with the service and our experience was a really positive one. This is a place I would certainly recommend.

Part exchanged my current PCP with Andy at HPL in Oldham. They offered me a great deal on my old car and found me a great upgrade at a similar cost. Andy was helpful in finding me the right car and swapping my car over keeping me updated through the entire process happy to drive away in my new vehicle especially after receiving such poor customer service through other dealerships. I will happily return and do business again with HPL in the future

A good stock of cars to choose from. Excellent service from start to finish! Andrew was very friendly, whilst remaining professional at all times. We didn't feel pressured into buying in any way. The handover was seamless and painless. I would definitely recommend HPL to everyone.

I have just purchased a car from HPL. Mark Benson made the process easy, smooth & hassle free. Kept me updated where things was up to. No pushy sales pattern, fabulous customer service and went out of his way to get us a lower APR rate and cash back as well. Mark was also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
