Excellent communication from ercol..Superb quality which is built to last ....this furniture enhances our new ultra modern eco house !

Delivery was fine but the furniture was extensively packed with lots of cardboard.We had to remove all of this to the local tip.Please ensure your customers are aware of this.The corner sofa’s packaging filled my car twice.

Delivery was earlier than expected before Christmas. Delivery process was efficient notifications were timely. Delivery was completed efficiently and all packaging removed.

The extending table is just what I wanted. Lovely round corners with slim strong legs. It's so easy to extend...I don't even need to get my hubby to help. The delivery service was excellent and worth pay extra for assembly. I would definitely recommend this table as it seats 6 and then extends to seat 8. Very happy with this quality table.

This is my first purchase of a brand new Ercol piece of furniture and I’m so proud. I have always loved the style and quality. I own a few pieces that have been gifted to me or I have purchased them second hand. My father said to me when I was a child that Ercol furniture is the antiques of tomorrow. Invest in a style that will never go out of fashion and will last forever. My furniture arrived much sooner than expected and very well packaged. I will continue to add to my collection.

Good communication re delivery. Products as described on website, I’d previously had an Errol dining suite and am glad I decided to purchase by new smaller table from them.

My family have bought Ercol for years and we considered it a good sustainable buy but I guess the company has gone the way of many - very sad really. We purchased 2 Monza chest of drawers for a bedroom, these retail at over £1k each, and less than 4 years on they are essentially broken - the drawers are narrower than the gap between the runners so keep falling off. Poor quality plastic drawer stops have all broken. We contacted Ercol but they are not interested at all. Our Ikea drawers have lasted longer. Lesson learned. Update: we had the furniture inspected by an independent company Ercol sent out - and as we already knew it is really poorly built. (The drawers are too small for the shell and keep falling off the rails). However since this visit, a few weeks ago, it's been radio silence from Ercol. If Ercol don't replace the item our option appears to be a bodge to make the drawers fit.

Ercol furniture is beautiful pity mine ruined being left in the garden in the pouring rain for hours by the delivery guys. I measured before I bought to make sure it would fit through door but my chairs came with loads of packing and in big boxes so wouldn’t go through door delivery guys wouldn’t open the boxes so I opened one then they said they couldn’t carry the chairs in if the boxes were oen said they weren’t aloud but they wouldn’t go through in the boxes so they walked away and just left them in my front garden and said they won’t go in and it’s a hallway delivery they were left for 6 hours in the rain till my partner got in from work as I couldn’t lift them on my own out the box they went straight through the door. Would I buy direct of Ercol again definitely Not not with their delivery people who show total disregard for peoples purchases

Love ercol I have several pieces of the monza range all amazing quality and timeless statement furniture. I have paid full price for some and got others from the outlet where it’s much more affordable for ex display.

We’ve always bought ercol furniture from when we first could afford to, going on 30 years now. We bought an enna sofa from the outlet in September 2018. The recliner mechanism has snapped off. I’ve emailed customer services twice now to see if this could be rectified, I appreciate at our expense as we have found out that outlet furniture has no warranty. Both emails have been ignored. I always thought Ercol was quality furniture which one would hope would last longer that 5 years. I also would have hoped for a reply from ercol! We are now having to buy a new sofa but trust me, it won’t be ercol
