It was easy to order, easy to change delivery and delivery was good. Could not track delivery as the online system did not work.

We ordered a wide range of furniture from Ercol. The customer service was excellent and flexible And the furniture is totally fantastic. And amazingly well made. Every visitor comments on the look, the feel and the workmanship that has gone into each piece. Highly recommended.

We bought the Ercol Teramo bed and are very pleased. It feels very sturdy and is reassuringly heavy! Delivery was seamless. However, given Ercol’s Sustainability and Ethics Policy it’s a shame they couldn’t find a better way to package it. Lots of plastic tape and a huge amount of polystyrene now destined for landfill, has somewhat taken the shine off the experience. I think we deserve to expect better from businesses like Ercol.

All fine but didn’t realise assembly required

Excellent quality and great service and delivery

We bought a sofa and a chair. All good with the sofa. The armchair arrived with ‘travel feet’ attached. Only 3 will come off. In removing the 3, 2 internal nuts fell into the body of the chair. These nuts are required to hold the legs and feet to the chair. So if we tried to fit the legs, 2 would not be secure. We phoned customer service and sent them photos as requested. Customer services took almost a week to acknowledge our email and then said the technical arm of the company would be in touch. The first appointment they could give us is the 6th November! Almost 4 weeks after delivery and 6 weeks after we paid for the chair.

Very professional service. Table is excellent the two men who delivered and assembled were superb.

I ordered some Ercol bedroom furniture for my B & B. It arrived on time, in perfect condition and it looks fabulous. It’s well made, and beautifully designed. More importantly it isn’t made in a third world country, but somewhere considerably closer to home.

Pleased with the quality of the oak table. This table is a better height for me than my previous table.

I was so pleased when the table I had seen on the Ercol outlet site came back into stock. It is the perfect size for the kitchen in our new house. It was delivered in the agreed time ,communication with the delivery company was very good and the couriers very polite and thoughtful. They assembled the table and took all the packaging away. We are delighted with the table and with the price we paid for it.

Good product

A lovely dining table. Well made and good quality, just as I would expect from Ercol. I’m now going to order chairs to go with it! The delivery team were friendly and very efficient. They unpacked and assembled my table, placing it exactly where I requested and took all the packaging away.
