Fantastic service. Good quality furniture at a brilliant price and delivered by professional delivery’s guys. This was taken into my room of choice unpacked and the packaging collected and removed. What more could you want?

The stool we ordered is just what I wanted, the quality is superb and the price was just right. Delivery was much earlier than anticipated, and was packaged well.

In 2019 we bought at great expense 4 Ercol Enna arm chairs ,two of which are recliners. We spent a long time looking for quality chairs that didn't use zig zag springs, and as we were told by Ercol these chairs use traditional webbing, we though we had,Unfortunately thats where the quality ends.With in a few weeks we noticed that some staples on the foot rest on one of the recliners had come adrift. A re upholster came and put this right. Then one of the zips on the back cushions let go. The chair was picked up and sent back to Ercol who replaced the zip under the warranty. It is a shame that the seats are not filled with pockets springs as traditional chairs are , just cheap foam filling that chairs half the price use. As we are retired the chairs do get a lot of use and already (2023) the seat cushioning has degraded to such a level that when sitting on them you can feel the webbing.Now waiting for quotes to come in to have the chairs seats re cushioned. Very disappointed. If you are reading this review whilst doing your due diligence before buying new arm chairs my advice is ,although these look a really nice chair, give them a wide berth, like I wish we had.

From ordering to delivery the transaction went smoothly. The canvas tall cabinet is of exceptional quality, the craftsmanship is beautiful, with dovetail joints. There is fantastic storage space and the sliding doors give it a contemporary look. It is a great height , which means items can be displayed on the top. Delighted with my purchase.

A classic piece of furniture which I hope will last a lifetime it is modern but also classic and will match my original mid century pieces.

We had initial access issues. Errol customer service team (Judith and co) were available and helpful. Delivery contractors leave a lot to be desired. The furniture was delivered ahead of schedule and is very comfortable.

Tables delivered within days rather than weeks, well packaged. Wee beauties.
