Very quick delivery, well packaged and amazing product.

Very efficient order journey from Ercol with no added delivery charge for my furniture. When problems arose with the delivery service (not Ercol's fault) they dealt with that efficiently too - 2 chairs were damaged in delivery and Ercol customer service were quick to arrange alternate replacements, no questions asked. The chairs are really beautiful. I would have given 5 stars except their 3rd party delivery service messed up - see below. The 3rd party delivery service was BJS Home Delivery Services, which I can't recommend. The 4 chairs should have been delivered within the week but on the day of delivery I waited in and no-show. I had to phone up BJS and find out what happened. They arranged another date but one of the carton packages arrived badly damaged - 2 of the 4 chairs were damaged, one was unusable Whilst this wasn't the fault of Ercol, they do use this service so I had to give only 4 stars

We just love the bed chests we ordered!

Terrible customer service! We enquired about replacing a cushion that had been damaged on a Forli sofa whilst moving house (the sofa is approximately 3 years old). Of course, we would like to just replace this cushion (rather than the entire sofa) but Ercol refuse to sell individual parts; insisted they couldn't do this but given they can replace individual parts if the sofa is faulty on delivery then this is clearly a policy choice and the "can't" is actually a "won't". It is completely beyond us how it can be impossible to contact the manufacturer and order a replacement cushion - we're hardly asking for a miracle (given they would have done precisely that if it had been a manufacturing fault). Instead, Ercol would rather force us to go to the expense of replacing the sofa entirely. Not only does this jar with the ethos of a company that claims to manufacture furniture meant to last a life time (and you would think being able to replace individual parts that get accidentally damaged through life events would be a part of that) but is also deeply environmentally unfriendly. Ercol did have the temerity to suggest that we contact a local upholsterer - only then to admit that that upholsterer wouldn't have the right material (as it is exclusive to Ercol) so would just have to find the nearest match. Extremely disappointed and - having spent thousands on Ercol furniture in the past (including sofas, side units, tables, chairs and cabinets) - we will not be spending a single penny with them again.

I had no problem ordering my dining table and chairs on line directly from Ercol and was not disappointed when they were delivered.Top quality furniture and service.

Not sure why Trustpilot has labelled me unhappy as I rated 4 stars?? Good clear communications after my order and excellent delivery. Would have been 5 stars if there had been better information on the website about the table including more useful pictures, and a mention of a few scratches on the table. Had expected it to be perfect as it said it was new.

The delivery team were respectful of our home and put the table together efficiently. We are very pleased with our purchase. Ercol had an ex demo chair at a good price and collection was efficient from the factory with a nice gentleman bringing the chair to car.

6 weeks and still no table . Multiple contacts but still no plan for delivery.

Ordered 2 chairs, they are beautiful and am really pleased with them. They came very well packaged, but assumed I would get an email from the delivery company saying when they would be delivered,I had a note through the door saying I had missed them and would come again the next day, luckily somebody was in, an email or message would have been useful before the first attempt.

We ordered a cabinet for our TV to stand on from Ercol. It arrived at the which the text message sent by Ercol stated it would. The two gentleman delivering the TV were both polite and very helpful. The cabinet is in perfect condition. The cabinet has excellent storage areas consisting of two spacious drawers and a cupboard with a shelf in the middle. This piece of furniture has made our living room look far tidier. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and we are delighted with it.

We purchased from the Outlet site and were lucky they had the sort of thing we were looking for. Beautiful item of furniture, swiftly delivered.

Bought Ercol furniture before, always happy with the quality. This item, a coffee table, is end of line and matches our nest of tables and dining room table and chairs. At a reduced price, we could not resist the offer.
