My Ercol nest of coffee tables are beautifully made. The tables arrived well packaged and the ordering process via Ercol Outlet was very straight forward.

From ordering the goods to delivery was seamless. The goods arrived very well packaged. The delivery driver was very helpful. I didn't give 5 stars as I was a little disappointed with the new filling ercol now use. Compared to my existing ercol furniture, it feels light and not as comfortable.

We purchased an Ercol leather recliner sofa along other recliner chair and fixed chair, this replaced a Parker knoll Canterbury leather suite which we subsequently gifted to our son for his new home.( incidentally he is still using this suite and it looks as good as new) however the same can’t be said for our Ercol suite with the leather on the sofa deteriorating after approximate 1 year. We had taken out an insurance with Furniture Village and we asked for an inspection, from which the report stated that the issue was down to the use of hand creams etc and therefore this had transferred to the leather. I have never used hand cream and never had an issue with any of the leather furniture I have had before. I gave up at this time, however I can’t accept that having no issues with any leather sofas/ armchairs previously that there is not an underlying issue with this Ercol furniture
