Lovely furniture from the ercol outlet centre. Both the love seat and the bench are ‘discontinued’ and effectively new. They fit perfectly into a space in my hall and a kitchen bay window. The oak is beautifully shaped and the upholstery stylish. I love the deep plum colour of the love seat. Very happy with both the items and the price. I’m now tempted by several other outlet delights. Delivery was also very efficient. Steve contacted me via WhatsApp, arrived on time, and carefully unpacked and installed the items, taking away the packaging. Thank you for an excellent shopping experience.

The outlet had what I was looking for delivered super fast.

I ordered a chest of drawers from the Outlet. Sadly, it arrived damaged (leg snapped). I contacted Ercol to let them know, and they responded quickly to say I would be fully refunded and the item would be collected from my house. I'm sad the item was damaged in transit but the customer service was fast, friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service, bed was bought through one of their distributors but they still helped me with my issue. The furniture is amazing quality and build and I love looking at the joints.

Coffee tables are fantastic, excellent quality and made with real skills. The tables arrived much earlier than promised, have now ordered from Ercol new sofas as the quality is so good.

I bought a Leather Ercol Enna electric reclining sofa 3 years ago. In may last year, the reclining mechanism broke on one side and it took over 4 months to get it fixed and the technician said it was a manufacturing issue. Now, the other side has just failed - and the same company now want to send a technician out to have a look - which will take 17 days from the date I reported it, and then they need to order the parts - which is exactly the same as was required last time. Unfortunately it is stuck in the reclined position, so does restrict access in the room. Not good for a sofa which can cost upto £4000

Great communication and arrived earlier than anticipated. Great product and really happy with new kitchen table. Despite it being ex 'display', only tiny area affected and the rest of the quality is superb. A classic!
