There was confusion at delivery - I had paid for assembly but the delivery company claimed to know nothing about this. Took a few phone calls to sort out but a week later the delivery company returned to attach the legs and shelf (there was no way I could do this). The instructions state 3 people needed but 2 people arrived - clearly the instructions were correct as I had to call on my neighbour to help lift the cabinet off the floor. Now that it is complete I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the cocktail cabinet.

We ordered an Ercol table but when it was put together at delivery it was missing a bolt. The deliver company assured us that they had reported it and Ercol would be in touch. Nothing happened. I have contacted Ercol directly to bc ask them about it with the order number. They have requested photographs. We are waiting to see what happens but it is a lot less than we’d expected from this company.

I waited a month for our bench to be delivered. The back of the bench had been split in two and there was a large tear in the box patched over with cellotape - so they well knew it had incurred the damage prior to delivery. I immediately contacted Ercol and they simply said the courier would make contact - which they still haven’t - and once returned I would receive a refund. So I have a broken bench while they have had £500 for 6 weeks and counting. I asked for a replacement but they refused and said I was welcome to purchase another in the future. The timeframe from my original purchase to that point would be months… and I will have lost my original purchase price. Completely unacceptable for what was supposed to be a premium brand.

We ordered 4 all purpose chairs for the kitchen table. Delivery was swift and the chairs were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The design is timeless and the chairs are extremely well made. They are comfortable and look good. We are very pleased with our purchase.
