Really happy with quality and design.

We have quite a bit of Ercol furniture and love the quality of it. We recently ordered a new saddle stool for our living room - so attractive and so useful. We use as a side table/additional seating when necessary. The stool is beautiful and delivered quite quickly.

Beautifully designed and crafted product, exactly what I wanted and met expectations. Expensive but quality does cost so no regrets. Very comfortable. Only issue was that I would have expected a better finish for such a high end item of furniture.

Over 60 years ago my parents bought an Ercol coffee table and still use it. I have always liked the classic design and decided for my new apartment to buy one. I was very happy to find on the Ercol website their Outlet store and exactly the same design of coffee table as my parents have. The online ordering went very smoothly as did the delivery. The coffee table arrived safely packaged up and in top condition even though it was a “display” item. I highly recommend the Ercol products and service. It would be great if the whole Ercol range was available to order directly on their website.

Friendly delivery and well packed and beautiful chair

Easy to order online but not so easy to obtain a response to any questions you may have. Receipt of monies automated but absolutely nothing to confirm what it is that you have ordered. Chased & message left but no response but coincidentally(?) received message a few days later to advise of delivery, which was to be fair earlier than stated when ordering. We had started to wonder if we were victims of a scam. Delivery & assembly of bed by separate company, cheap but totally cheerless, with scraps of plastic left on bedroom floor and rubbish left in driveway. Whilst assembly appears to be fine the attitude of the guys wasn’t the best. All’s well that ends well I suppose but not a great experience of either Ercol or the delivery company. Customer service of the outlet store definitely lacking. Disappointing. I would have preferred to give 2.5 stars but really couldn’t give 3.
