I am so delighted with my new chair from Ercol Outlet. I had to delay my delivery because we were moving house and I hadn't expected 48hr turnaround! It was really simple to reschedule. My chair arrived expertly packaged and my ex display item was totally immaculate. I even had x2 scatter cushions which I was not expecting. Thanks Ercol!

We had wanted to have Ercol Furniture for many years and finally we achieved our goal. We we thrilled with the service, delivery and iconic design of it. Unfortunately we had an issue with the dreadfully uncomfortable seat cushions and are at a point now of sitting on cushions to help with the sagging. We are so disappointed ☹️
