We got a classic piece of furniture for a very acceptable price. The delivery was stress free and timely, the experience was reminiscent of how things used to be, and how they still can be if your suppliers care enough.

Had my Ercol consenza sofa for less than 12 months. The cushion foam is of the poorest quality. It has been replaced once and the replacement foam is just as bad. I simply want Ercol to do the right thing and give me a good quality foam cushion base for what was a very expensive sofa. I am now being fobbed off by the company. Totally unacceptable. I have a £2000+ sofa which is unusable. Please take my advise and shop elsewhere. This company is a disgrace

The first set of nest of tables I bought arrived and there was a flaw with one of them. Ercol gave me the choice of a full refund or replacement set. I was happy to exchange the tables for a replacement set. Easy process and one very satisfied customer.

Love Ercol's understated yet sophisticated designs. Had purchased the bedside table before and was buying a second to complete the guest bedroom. Despite finding a booklet with instructions for alterations to make it open on the right, the pre-drilled holes were nowhere to be found. Rather disappointing as I now have two left-side opening cabinets

Ercol.. Where is the quality. A minus score if I could Before I start I have left the retailers name off this review on purpose. They, like me, are hitting brick walls with Ercol. A year ago, March 2022, I ordered an Enna settee, chair and recliner. I accepted the 6 month lead time as it fitted in with our plans. At the end of September the suite was delivered and was looking forward to a relaxing time in the suite. How wrong could I have been. Two weeks later I had to contact the retailer to inform him that the seat cushions had started to collapse. This was passed to Ercol via the retailer who instructed Homeserve to inspect. We are now at the end of October and the chairs and settee becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Following the inspection it was agreed that the 2 main seat pads (only 2 of us so that’s all we really use) were defective one sofa and one recliner. Over the next few months we gave up on the sofa and used the non recliner chair. In January the chair had the same fate, this was again was reported to Ercol via the retailer. Move on to February 2023 and following numerous emails to the retailer and chases from them to Ercol there was no sign of the replacement seat pads. Now mid March and time to go and see the retailer to find out the situation. Well it seems that Ercol had just delivered two seat pads ! Again more emails to find out what was going on. We were told they have sent a pad for the chair and settee not the recliner that was first inspected. Why ? The Homeserve inspector failed to notify Ercol that it was the recliner that he inspected in his report, but why not the third seat pad as well? Two days ago I received 2 calls from Homeserve, one to repair the 2 seat pads and another to reinspect. I turned down these repair/inspections. Enough is enough Ercol. You are sitting on your laurels of your past as far as quality is concerned. I am now waiting for a response to end this fiasco Update: 31st May..... 2 months further down the line since I left this review and no further forward. Retailer has been in touch with Ercol on an almost weekly basis but its getting to the point of escalating to the ombudsman. In the mean time, I will respond to the Ercol customer services now that the time limit I set has expired.

We ordered an original plank table which arrived within 10 days rather than the web site delivery prediction of 4 weeks. The tables are solid and well constructed and should last our lifetime. The table replaces a dark wood Ercol table which we have had for 47 yrs.

The goods arrived on time and the driver was really helpful but I have emailed customer service about a faulty top rail and have received no response Maybe in future check any outstanding issues before asking for a review

Loveseat arrived morning 17th March, 2023 with broken leg. Rang Ercol immediately and was asked to send photos of damage, which we did. No response, rang Friday afternoon and was asked to wait until Monday. No response Monday, 20th March so sent e-mail late afternoon asking for Ercol to collect Loveseat and for my money back. No response Tuesday, so rang Tuesday afternoon asking for a collection date. I was told I would hear Friday. No response Friday, so sent another e-mail asking for Loveseat to be collected. Cannot get my money back until Loveseat is collected and damaged viewed by Ercol. Monday, 27th March, STILL NO RESPONSE by Ercol. I packed up Loveseat Thursday and it is still blocking the front door. I cannot get my money back, £615.00 and I don't know where to go from here! I will never deal with this company again. No customer care!
