Excellent that delivery crew give 30mins alert prior to landing and they were spot on. Also an excellent ercol product - the penn classic dining arm chair.

Fantastic, stylish and very comfortable sofa delivered right into our living room. The box was too wide to fit through the front door, but the helpful delivery men unboxed the sofa outside and manoeuvred it into the house in a few moments, despite us having ordered only the free 'doorstep delivery'. Highly recommended.

Table looks great and chairs are comfortable. Table is not as solid as my other older pieces of Ercol though.

We had a wonderful customer experience from Errol from the moment we placed the order online until the day our dining table was delivered. When we placed the order they said delivery would be approximately 4 weeks but it actually came in just over 2 weeks. The delivery process was very efficient with phone call notifications and correct timings and as if all that was bpnot enough we now have a beautiful new table which we will hopefully cherish for years to come, Thank you to everybody at Errol.

Good, friendly customer service-no more needs saying. I bought two beautiful breakfast bar stools which are ergonomic & stackable. However I went back to buy the rocking chair (discontinued I believe) had read ‘rocking’ relieves back pain so I rock each evening if I’m watching tv & whenever. Just lovely. I am sleeping deeper and I think my mobility has improved in 3days 💪 Another simple human comfort forgotten in favour of fashion.

Beautiful table, well made. Perfect for our dining room. Easy to extend or to return to its original size. Ercol kept me informed along the way. The delivery men were very polite and professional, and put the table together for me and removed all the packaging. Extremely happy with the service all round.
