Table beautiful as expected. Delivery OK.

We purchased an item which wasn’t the colour we had expected and customer service team at Ercol have been excellent in response to our requests. That what makes a company stand out from the rest.

Wrong item delivered, took three weeks to get a response from customer services.

I have purchased 11 items from Ercol outlet over several years . They are a great company to deal with and the furniture is just so lovely and good quality. I will be buying more in the future just gorgeous and stylish too

Ercol customer services are the very worst customer service team I have dealt with. I have contacted them on three occasions in the past week for different items and each time they have bent over backwards to be super unhelpful. The stock answer seems to be to visit a local furniture restorer. The one item I’ve just taken delivery of which has a poorly fitted draw was talk to your supplier. It’s your furniture Ercol, would you like to take a stab at resolving the issue yourself and if you can’t why don’t you talk to the supplier for me. Such a shame, the furniture is lovely. The customer service team let down the whole brand.

Bosco bedroom furniture... I had a couple of pieces of this from several years ago and decided to go the whole hog so I recently bought a 6 drawer chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe plus a double drawer bedside table. Some issues with wardrobe door alignment that are being looked at next month, but what did surprise me is the weight difference between my old and new bedside tables. On inspection I see that the width of the side panels on the drawers is noticeably thinner in the new item. It feels less sturdy. Same with my old chest of drawers and the new one, a lot lighter to pull out the drawers. In fact when empty the new ones feel flimsy in comparison. The prices haven't gone down over the years though... Still lovely pieces and if you didn't have anything to compare to I dare say it's of no consequence.

Good quality table, bought at a bargain price from the outlet store. Well packaged, good communication. Exactly what we were looking for.

Furniture arrived earlier than the expected 4 weeks. Very efficient Delivery men who phoned as promised to give excepted arrival time. Would definitely use Ercol again as very pleased with our purchase

I used to sell Ercol Furnitureva few years ago and always wanted to buy some pieces ,at the time we couldn’t afford it , Now we have retired and are better of financially we have decided to purchase some ,eg dining table and chairs ,corner cabinet ,nest of tables ,tv cabinet .lamp table all are on order with you ,but in your outlet store we purchased the consul table all in the light finish . We can’t wait for the delivery due on April . Purchasing the consul table from yourself was brilliant no sooner was it ordered than it was delivered . So looking forward now to getting the rest of it .

Plank table and Loveseat great and met expectations! The 4 Lara chairs are NOT the stain colour in my order. There is no doubt about this. The delivery guy agreed. He and I took photos. Ercol office was not open when delivery came this evening so I could not talk to them. Tomorrow, Friday 17, I will speak to Ercol. However this is resolved- and I am sure it will be- this is going to involve another delivery with the wait time etc.
