I was looking for a "carver" dining chair and was surprised at the poor selection and high prices on various retailers' websites. So, knowing that Ercol furniture is always well-made and designed, I searched on the Outlet site and found exactly what I wanted and at a good price. The ordering and delivery processes were excellent.

Beautifully made, very comfy chairs

Very straightforward to order and took less than the predicted eight weeks to arrive. Two pleasant and efficient gents delivered it. Securely wrapped, no damage whatsoever. Absolutely delighted with our Ercol table. It's an iconic design and fits our dining-area perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

A beautiful piece of furniture. Comfortable to lounge or perch. Wonderful craftsmanship. With care, I am hoping to pass on to any grandchildren..!

I was kept I informed of date and time of delivery very well, but my package was literally dumped in my hall and the delivery guys rushed off. No time for a tip! It was a few feet where it was to go, as I am 78 and by myself so taking off all the packaging was rather a chore. Delivery was not cheap.

Bought a beautiful & functional set of shelves - sturdy, looking great.

We bought from Ercol Outlet and there was confusion over the delivery which seemed at times as if our order had gone into a black hole. But it was resolved once we managed to speak to the Ercol Outlet manager (this process could be made easier for sure) and we are super happy with the product - the romana tv unit - and the help we eventually received. It is just such a shame that it took so long.

Easy to use website -you can find what you’re looking for very quickly and can compare with similar items. Easy to order and communication good after purchase. One negative is the time it takes for delivery…. I bought from the outlet so there was no delay whilst items were made, but 3 weeks is far too long for stock that is sitting in the warehouse.

I have been critical of Ercol Customer Services in the past as they prefer to deal with the retailer rather than the customer however, I have to say that they (Alison) came up trumps this time and were extremely helpful in securing some spare parts I needed. So, credit where credit is due. This time they deserve their 5 starts.

Simple to order, delivered in time frame, well packaged, lovely little table, great!

Delivery was made well within 4 week lead time provided at the time of order. The table is fantastic with minimal damage considering it is an ex-display item.

After an initial problem with delivery arrangements, my Teramo tables were delivered on time and with care. I am grateful to the head of Customer Care, Judith Stratford, for resolving this. The tables are as I expected - top quality.
