Excellent service with this company. First order went astray but after a phone call a replacement was issued and delivered very quickly. Call handler was efficient, polite and friendly and returned my call as promised. The item itself is excellent value for money and is very sturdy.

I was blown away how knowledgable Tina was. I have never spoken to a sales representative that was so resourceful, and educated me so much about light/light fittings/ light switches to a level I never imagined possible. I WISH she was an electrician - I'd keep her working for me for ever. AMAZING

Recently purchased some outside lighting and internal spotlights. I didn’t read the description thoroughly and when the outside lights arrived, while really superb looking, they were too big for the setting, all my own fault. My return request was dealt with very quickly by Tina from the Helpdesk and then Dina (also from the Helpdesk), tracked the return and arrange a swift refund. I happily ordered more suitably sized lights and they arrived so quickly they have already been fitted! They look brilliant.

My overall excellent shopping experience was via both Amazon and National lighting. A problem developed with my Amazon ordered items over the space of 1 month after approximately 7 months of use/good service. I decided to contact National Lighting direct by Email. I received a very speedy and customer friendly reply. Straight Away I received and apology and the offer of a refund or a replacement. I chose the latter. I can very easily confirm that both my shopping and customer service experience were excellent. I am a delighted customer and can very easily recommend National Lighting

Ordered 38 in ground lights in September 2018.They supposedly came with a 2 year warranty which is all very well as long as this is honoured which in my case it has not. Things started to go wrong March 2020 when the bulbs blew in some 3 of the units and we could not get the tops off using an allen key to replace the bulbs. Contacted the company who advised us to do all the usual things WD 40 etc which we informed them we had already tried but to no avail. So their excuse for not honouring the warranty was our electrician had screwed them in too tightly. Now bearing in mind these are in ground lights exposed to damp and water they need to be screwed in sufficiently tight to stop this happening. To date we have had to change 9 units purely and simply because we cannot change the bulb at £14 a pop instead of a couple of pounds for a bulb. My partner actually went into the store to purchase more units and when he complained about the situation all he got was 'I only work here mate' -charming.

We recently purchased an Inova PIR Wall light but had a problem with one of the nut fixings. On contacting National Lighting, Tina from their customer service team could not have been more helpful in arranging for replacement nuts to be sent out from the warehouse and these were received within a couple of days. Wonderful service from a friendly and efficient team.

Recently purchased an LED Flexline unit and found three of the LED's not working on the strip. Contacted the Helpline and within 3 days had a new replacement unit delivered. Thankyou National Lighting and a big thankyou to Tina for sorting it. Would highly recommend this company.

I’m not one for writing reviews but I just had to for this It was my first time I have dealt with National Lighting, What a company!, the customer service was outstanding, I deal with a lot of company’s on a daily bases and run company’s myself . But I have to say “Tina” on the customer service was first Class, I did have an issue with delivery, but the way National Lighting (Tina) dealt with it, was so professional nothing was too much trouble . Anytime I need any lights this company will be my first port of call

I'd been searching around for post lights and came across this company. I enquired about a post light I'd found and received a very quick reply from Tina informing me they were in stock and delivery would be 2-4 days so I ordered 6 at around 3.30pm and they arrived the next morning. Outstanding service from Tina and the posts lights are lovely, very happy chappy.

I can certainly recommend this company, next day delivery, no postage charges, very competitive price and love my lights! There was a slight problem with one of the shades but an immediate response to my email and a replacement is already on its way! Brilliant customer service!

I was looking for quite a while for a floor lamp on different websites. The same floor lamp that I wanted from a very big chain, I found in National Lighting with about 40% off. I did not receive it yet but very happy with my purchase. Great customer service!!!

I bought 4x external up/lighters online from National Lighting. Two of them arrived with the same manufacturing fault. I rang the National Lighting customer helpdesk telephone number. (It can be a surprise these days when calling a customer support number to be answered promptly by a real person who is friendly, approachable and interested to understand the problem and determine a solution, without suffering complicated automated call routing and recorded repeating voice messages saying 'how important my call is'). In the case of National Lighting, I was pleasantly surprised that, upon describing the manufacturing defects, my call was handled politely, professionally and in a friendly manner by two members of staff; Reshma and Tina D. I was asked to provide photos of the defective units. Having done this, Resma and Tina acted immediately by ordering and sending out replacements, which arrived the following day without drama. Great service and effective problem-solving. Thank you.

On 18.12, one of our church floods failed and I ordered a replacement from N.L. Although they had a 2/4 wkg. days lead time they promised to hurry it through. It arrived in Scotland and was fitted and working on the 21st. A FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE, can't thank them enough.

I am an electrician and have installed a good few lights bought at a good price from National Lighting so happy already. When something went wrong though they were great and sorted things out really quickly and easily - no 25 minute wait in a call queue on a premium rate number being repeatedly told that my call is important! Great service!

I purchased an LED striplight. It was shipped by courier and arrived quicker than expected. Sadly, the unit was damaged in transit. I sent an email with a photo of the damage. The helpdesk (Tina) responded quickly, apologised on behalf of the 3rd party courier and arranged for a replacement to be shipped immediately. The replacement arrived even quicker than the first delivery. Polite and professional all round. Based on this experience, I would recommend National Lighting.

Ordered 5 brick lights that my landscaper needed whilst building a wall. Opened the box in front of him and found 2 downlights instead. Rang up to notify them and explained it was holding up my landscaper and they agreed to send out the next day to the address of the customer which was all fine. They then sent them out to the wrong address which in turn held up my landscaper for another day. To recap: they 1st sent out completely different items to my order and then sent the correct lights to the wrong address.......ridiculous!
