I order on line two carriage lights for my front door, from National Lighting.co.uk. Only one arrived on 03/12/2020 so I telephoned the company, easy to get through, and told them of the shortage. They undertook to send another out post haste. I informed them that there was no hurry. Guess what - I live in the highlands of Scotland but the following morning, 04/12/2010, the additional light was delivered in the morning. Now that is what I call service.

I ordered a lamp which was delivered promptly - I had a problem with a part of the assembly. I would like to thank Reshma and Dina for spending a lot of time in helping me. In the end however, a replacement lamp was sent, again it arrived very quickly. Nice to have such good customer care, I would be happy to recommend the Company.

Excellent experience, order arrived very quickly. One of the parts I ordered was faulty due to manufacturer flaw, so I emailed them with a photo. They apologised (although not really their fault) and sent a replacement straight away. Would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended.

I wouldn't ever use this company again. We bought 6 halogen floodlights off of them which turned up smashed to pieces. When we called them up they just kept ignoring us or saying they would ring back and never did.

Having purchased a wide range of lighting over the last two years because of their wide range, prompt delivery and very competitive prices I had cause to contact their help desk for the first time. An emergency light failed a 3 hour test only days before end of warranty. They went out of their way to track down and deliver a replacement within 48 hours, thank you.

I have been really impressed with my experience. Lights were received as promised but when we got them installed there was a minor problem with one of them. I contacted National Lighting and they responded within 30 minutes. Since the problem could not be immediately resolved, I was immediately offered a replacement. Both Dina and Reshma that I dealt with were fantastic - based on my experience I would highly recommend National Lighting.

Absolutely rubbish service. Placed my order and paid for it. After 4 days chasing my item I was told it’s on its way and will arrive in the morning by a Staff member at the head office! 3 hours later I received an email we are out of stock! Comedy company ps very polite member of staff who obviously not at blame.

I ordered downlighters and 2 bar spot lights a week ago paid for the items and expected my order in a few days. I checked my account today which said order processing so I rang only to be told my item was now out of stock. They only received my order today from last week despite being paid for & I was advised that the system had crashed at least twice over the last few days which may have added to the delay! Asked why it let me order the items if they weren’t in stock and I was advised that they probably were at the time but sold since my order. So does their system not allocate a confirmed & paid for order items to the customer? Apparently not it’s something they’re working on.... Back order on items not due until September now therefore am waiting on a refund. If you allow people to order and pay on line for goods in stock, please operate a system that works. Looks like I should have stuck to screwfix and the like I’ve learned my lesson now, I suggest you do too and avoid.

I bought 4 Atlantis 35W GU10 IP65 Spike Lights. After a few months,one of the four had started to allow water ingress which in turn led to the GU10 lamp failing. The other three were fine. I contacted National Lighting via their website, but had no reply, so sent a follow up email - bearing in mind this is mid-Covid 19 pandemic so I imagine that normal work practices may be somewhat stressed - and received an immediate reply from Reshna. The email apologised for the lack of reply and mentioned that despite checking, no sign of my previous enquiry could be found. Reshna asked for photo's to illustrate the issue, which I sent by return. The following day, I received a further email, apologising for the problem with the light and confirming that a replacement would be dispatched. Today I received the replacement fitting, delivered by courier, perfectly packed. Fantastic customer service! Having worked in the contract lighting industry, I fully understand that the odd 'rogue' product will sneak through QC processes, no matter how rigorous. The important thing is how a company responds to a problem, and National Lighting did brilliantly. I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.
