Had problems with a non delivery via Royal Mail. I rang a member of the team and they sent out another order immediately which I received the next day. Excellent. The tracker is amazing and I’m so glad we purchased this for our dog. It’s been over fields and woods and in the sea - a great product with a brilliant support team.

The tracker works well.. although slow to start up but once satillate has got signal everything works well.

The PitPat unit is the perfect size and weight and fastens to a collar easily. Reception to a satellite and the phone is slow.

Great GPS tracker Does the finding Light weight Stylist

Very disappointing. The buckle plastic is very thin. You are expected to use an additional Velcro strap to thread through the buckle and round the collar. I was constantly concerned the Velcro would fail. I needn't have worried. The Velcro didn't fail but instead the thin plastic buckle did and snapped. The item is now useless. I just can't understand why anyone would design the buckle with such thin plastic. I'm now left with no holder to thread the velcro through.

Disappointed. We live in the peak district and the battery only lasts 3 days When we are away in any other area, it lasts up to 3 weeks. Now after a year the battery is only lasting 24hrs I have been in contact with pit pat when I first got it, but they were not interested in my problem, not sure what to do now, as it needs Charging nightly now

Disappointed. Have to wait far too long for sat fix by which time my dog could have travelled miles. And if he is sheltering amongst buildings its very unlikely to pick him up.

My PitPat was not charging properly, I phoned Customer Service and after a few questions agreed to replace the unit, it arrived a few days later.

You coverage where i am is poor, couldn t track my dog. It showed an area near by, but kept jumping back and fore both sides of the road, so i didn t have a clue where my wife and dog were. Somewhere in the area. It can t pinpoint. After losing my bull terrier 2 weeks ago in woods, this, i don t think is going to be any good pin pointing her. Its also very slow picking the dog up in the streets around us. Slow in general. All in all, not impressed at all for the money sadly.

Really great device. Love that it’s non subscription. Super fast next day delivery. If the food recommendation went up and down depending on how much exercise that would be really useful :)

Quick delivery

Very easy to set up and link to the app.with a good recharging pad. My dog doesn't notice that it's on her collar due to the neat size, and I don't have to worry if she goes playing in the water with it being waterproof. I'm very pleased with it so far. It would be good to be able to turn off the 'pinging' noise when it's tracking or to adjust the volume. The re-chargeable battery is non-replaceable, so time will tell how long it lasts for without taking out the monthly payment that covers all replacements. This isn't expensive though.

Speedy delivery, easy to set up, so far has performed well on walks and located us every time, battery life seems good so far , good value and no monthly cost unless you want extra benefits, provides some peace of mind so does it's job.

Give a great record of exercise Tracking is accurate but can be a little slow to start, but with the latest app update re the signal strength and network information the tracking start up will be better understood If we’re lucky a little quicker to start tracking
