Visited website found a watch , had it sent to Grainger Street Newcastle . Kept in the loop via email all good . Went to store Derek and the team where great ,watch A1 mint condition . All a great experience would not hesitate in using again .

My experience, I payed £25 to hold a watch that was sent to a branch in Woking for me to go view they said they would hold watch for 5 working days, this was for my daughter 21st birthday, went over to store to view and collect only to be met by staff that hadn’t got a clue didn’t have any idea of my booking or where watch was , after 10 minutes they told me that watch had been sold online, after paying parking taking time off work etc , fuming, thought paying £25 held watch for you, obviously not, would not recommend this company for any transactions , do your homework people 😖 😖😖

I went into the H&T store in Wigan for travel money. I had shopped all over town looking for the best rate for Canadian dollars and not only did I find this at H&T the service that I received from your staff, Matt and Sam was second to none. They had to order the dollars for me on Tuesday and I got a phone call today to say I could come and collect them. I’m very happy with everything. I will definitely come to your Wigan store next time I need holiday money and will certainly recommend H&T to all my friends who go travelling abroad. Mrs Eileen Caldwell.

I'm satisfied yes I've received a loan before from h&t and I can apply for another loan rising to £1000.

Ordered travel money. Was told that they couldn't process the order, but took the money. They have told my bank that they will pay a refund. That will probably take three working days leaving me without the funds to buy currency. No doubt making interest on money they should not have taken.

Bought an expensive pre-owned watch which was a very good price on a sale. The item was lovely condition but had a faulty winder so sent back under warranty. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I chased them up and told it was having a part changed and would take around 2 weeks & they would keep me update. Another 3 weeks and nothing so emailed again, after a couple of days received an email that it had been sent Royal Mail, Special Delivery. A week later it’s not received so told it was “lost by courier” on a service that’s nigh on impossible to lose, and they will refund. 2 weeks later and still no refund, told I had to wait another week until courier investigation was finished. Following week and still no response, I called back. I was told the refund payment was made on the 9th, 3 weeks previous & they will send a screenshot with payment code. This screenshot said the payment had been made, but the day before on the 28th so hadn’t quite cleared in my bank. While looking for another of these rare watches I found one for sale on eBay - same year, same box and even same marks on clasp and was for sale at 50% more than I paid. Makes you wonder how much I have been lied to.

Simple transaction and pick up. Staff in East Kilbride are excellent and the exchange rate was the best I could find for currency. Will absolutely use again. Definitely recommended.

First time purchased with H&T and they did not disappoint. From the easy purchase to the delivery it was great. I ordered a watch (Hamilton Kahaki), had a confirmation email but no delivery tracking. I spoke to a member of the team and all was sorted within a day or two. The watch arrived and it was perfect, practically brand new. Greta experience and I’ll definitely be using again.
