Went into the Kirkby Liverpool branch last year seen a lovely pair of gold earrings in the window Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming I even commented this to a couple of customers in the shop that day how lovely the staff were and they agreed and told me they have been going there for a while now Went back in the other day again great friendly staff Phoned the store yesterday so helpful and guiding me on how to navigate the online shop It’s great when you get friendly helpful staff that take the time to help you If it’s buying jewellery having any jewellery repaired or even travel money Great customer service at their Kirby branch

Many reasons make me appreciate this company and it's staff at Southall and Kilburn, I really have excellent experience. First they are listening to the needs and circumstances, second during Corona disease and my illness they looked after my items and were safe, third they are very friendly, fifth willing to help with warm greetings. Though I am looking for another loan with cheaper interest than H & T but the points I mentioned twisting me to walk to H & T again. I would recommend to others.

Been to soho road branch today was told there are customers waiting so i waited for 15 min to be served.when it was my turn i told the cashier i want to buy 22 ct rings which were displayed in window.as she was about to get them an other customer walked in and the other cashier ran to get the same rings and picked them up my cashier told her that i am here first but she did not bothered and took the rings to the customer who came after me then both cashiers argued and then started joking saying its war of rings. As i live 45 min drive away from this shop I was very disappointed with their non professional behaviour and had to leave the shop empty handed. I have been a customer to this company for years but the way i was dealt with was rude and completely unprofessional.

Staff wonderful as always and I'm an old customer what came back, but you had new staff, so just want to say thumb 👍🏾 up to all your workers and please let them know they are doing A+.P.S date of experience only gives me one date don't recall the other dates I came to pay but seen different people on different dates all excellent.

If your looking to sell gold, silver or expensive watches my advice is to shop around. On visiting all the local Doncaster jewellers & pawnbrokers for comparison I found H&T Pawnbrokers on the High Street were way below all their competitors offerering ridiculously low prices for both 2nd hand silver and gold items. They are also very unsure on whether a diamond is or isnt a diamond even when using their own testing equipment? Beware, make sure you shop around you will be surprised!

Paid a deposit to view a watch in store and after waiting a week for it to be delivered I was told that the sale price I had been shown on the website was no longer applicable and the price had increased significantly.
