Many thanks to Hayley and Lynn at the Cleveland Street Branch in Wolverhampton, also Mandy at the customer services. After my bank imprisoned my money on Monday they all went above and beyond to help me out so I could collect travel currency for my daughter and give us the best possible rate for exchange. Thanks to Mandy for providing an email which will hopefully allow my funds to have an early release if only my bank were so helpful.

The lady that dealt with me was absolutely fantastic and very informative. She made feel welcome and valued. Such a hassle free process and everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service. 10 out 10 for me!
