DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR CARTIER WATCH HERE. I RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION RIGHT AWAY AND I CAN SEE IT QUICKLY GETS UPDATED ON THE WEBSITE. THEN, 24 HOURS LATER I RECEIVED AN ORDER CANCELLATION SAYING SOMEONE ELSE HAD BOUGHT THE ITEM. REFUND TAKES 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE.

Great sellers! Purchased a watch from their website during their sale. It arrived within 4 days , properly wrapped and packaged. It was exactly as described, and at a very good price - couldn't ask for more!

Store policy in Fareham is NOT to accept a Government issued ( through local Council) OAP's bus pass as a form of ID Not everyone has a driving licence or passport.. And that's a £1000 sale on a ring that this store didn't manage to achieve. Obviously, this company is not bothered about profit and customer service. Their loss.......

I visited the H&T store in Angel Islington, Chapel market today and was served by an extremely professional gentleman named Kyle. He was very attentive to my queries and helped me out instantly, the process was made quick by his light banter etc. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service thanks Kyle from H&T Islington 💯

In the harrow branch, Dina is very cheerful and gave excellence customer service. The shop/office is a happy atmosphere and all of the staff.

Initially came in on 6th April to pawn my ring due I needed access to some quick funds, came in for 10 AM and as I entered the store it looked like they were still opening, as they opened at 10am, as they had the Hoover out which is totally fine. As I waited for one of the two staff to serve me it felt like that I was just invisible, as if they were walking around me, no acknowledgement, no smile, absolutely nothing. When the gentleman did serve me, there was no sorry to keep you waiting, no smile or anything, anyway got the money for my ring and left. Fast forward today went back in to get my ring back and came into the store with the same staff that served me, again the lady looked miserable, there was no hi, no smile nothing, so with my experience I had on the 6th April and that I was having I thought well I will give them the same energy as they are giving me so I too was being standoffish. I said I wanted to get my ring and went to pay and on my card came up with twice as an error in the card machine. Now instead of the lady reassuring me, or mentioning anything that it could be the card machine instead I asked the guy behind the counter if there was an issue with their card machine and he said yes we do have issues as the reception isn’t that great within the store, I asked him if there was a cash point nearby and went to the cash point in the rain, after 3 attempts in 3 different ATMs as two where out of service finally got the funds needed. Now it’s not the staffs fault the card machine is un reliable however, I am a female, having to go to and from with large amount of money in East London, so surly if the staff know this they should really get this looked into. Came back into store, gave the lady the money instead of handing me the change in my hand which was open he put the change on the side and I left. Based off the poor experience I won’t be coming back to that store instead if I want to buy any jewelry or pawn anything in future I will go to the branch in Chapel Market, they are lovely in there even to the point in the past, I even spent an extra £20 on jewelry cleaning products as I felt their customer service was great and the product they showed me was great. The staff in this Dalston Branch need to improve on their Customer Service, you don’t know peoples situation and circumstances and they could be parting with Jewelry that have sentimental value so already they feel coming into the store feeling overwhelmed and under valued and to be treated with no manners, lack of Customer Service, is a joke. If you’re not happy within your role don’t be in a Customer Facing job and deal with the public, simple as. Not expecting you to go above and beyond and offer me tea and biscuits but the expectation is at least to act like human instead of a robot, I could or got more out of a cardboard box. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was assisted By Jolanta Dobija at 30 High street Hounslow Branch. In addition to her friendly and efficient service, I was informed about other services I was not aware of. This was extremely informative as I was not aware of Western Union, or Travel money for example. Both of which my family and I utilize and will now use this store for. Thankyou Kathy
