Was very worried about going to pawn brokers as it was my first experience so was not sure about anything the lady that was there was so nice polite and helpful and gave me lots of information.

Popped into the Clacton store looking for a ring for our granddaughter’s 16th birthday present. We was greeted by Zoltan, who was very polite, courteous and so helpful, in helping us choose the right gift. We came away with the most wonderful Ruby ring (as our granddaughters name is Ruby). Not a very good service took my bracklet in to be pawned at lunch time 12.40 today and they said the money would be in my account within about 5 minutes , called an hour and a half later as no sign of my funds , they said it should be with you shortly , now they are closed till Monday and no funds have arrived in my account this is 7 and a half hours later ,absolutely disgusted how I have been lied too by this company ,would suggest you are wiery of them and go elsewhere as I probably won’t use them again certainly couldn’t recommend them as be lied to 3 times in one day

Sent my watch in to be looked at that I purchased in store (was not holding time correctly) watch came back after 8 weeks with a chip on the crystal. Store said they can't do nothing about it! How are they allowed to get away with this?

This has got to be the biggest rip off company in Britain I bought a bracelet for £1460 and a few months later they offered me £540 there absolutely disgusting people who just steal your money avoid this company at all costs there's way better companies out there that don't con you they are shameful
