I was able to buy back a cherished bracelet, which, I pawned over 10 years ago with them. So pleased at the condition, they must of polished it up real good, cause the gold looked positively new despite being 25 years old, Thanks!! 💖

I visited the shop in blandford street Sunderland to sell a jewellery item . I have never done this before and I must admit a bit apprehensive. However the staff were very helpful and explained everything to put me at ease . I would definitely feel happy to use this service again. They also explained all the other services that are on offer. Everyone is so quick to complain but everyone forgets if you receive excellent customer service it should be recognised. Thanks again 👍

Ordered two pieces of jewellery online with pickup in store as I found it safer than delivering to my place, in case i wasn’t at home on delivery day. The purchase process was smooth and the store team absolutely amazing. Great customer service when showed up for the pick up. The Jewellery items just as in picture, great value and nicely packed. Would buy again from their online shop or high street store without any hesitation.

The Romford store needs to learn when you have more than one person working there you can serve or at least acknowledge others rather than two people faffing around with one customer whilst I waited 16 minutes to be served with my currency collection. Waste of time ordering and a lost lunch for me for nothing. I think it is quite easy to work out how this can be improved. Edited on 24/07. Despite chatting with web chat (which now no longer exists?) and two emails to them I still have not received the confirmation of cancel of order (promised same day confirmation) or refund (within 5 days). Absolute shambles. Plus as below I sent details requested for them to look further in to this and not even an acknowledgment. Seems I don’t exist.

Me and my fiancé were shopping when we found the most beautiful engagement ring in the shop window in the Southampton store. Sonia the lady that assisted us couldn’t have been anymore helpful if she tried. She had such fantastic knowledge and advice, I truly can’t thank her enough. We had previously been to Ernest Jones and the lady that served us was incredibly pushy, she was basically a sales rep trying to sell me a £5000 ring she knew nothing about. Thank goodness for Sonia is all I can say! Emma :)

Was served by Sally in the Wigan store , fantastic customer service from start to finish , i was given £500 more then I thought which was a nice surprise and I will also be getting my Euros for my holiday from Sally. Great place , great staff.

Fantastic team of staff working at Queens Road branch, Wolverhampton. All the staff are polite and friendly and give professional service with a smile which is rare nowadays. They know their job inside out and operate in a very fair way. I have dealt with Sarah for over 10 years and how she hasn’t been made an Area Manager I’ll never know.
