I recently went to the H & T Kidderminster branch to change some Chinese RMB , the exchange rate is fair and the customer service is friendly and efficient , I was served by a lovely lady called Helen who was very helpful to us. I would recommend anyone with money to change to go here, they are knowledgeable and very friendly .

Popped into the Runcorn branch on Saturday, more as an exploratory visit, but after discussing my potential transaction with Jordan I ended up going ahead in full confidence. Highly recommend the branch, very friendly and helpful.

I visited H&T at 4 Powis Street woolwich london and the lady Molly who served me was very helpful and professional

Leeds branch. Been many times normally quite good, nit this time. New staff member who was hellbent on arguing and blaming the customer! Not a pleasant experience I am used to.. next time will choose elsewhere. Thankfully the manager stepped in and stepped up.
