Pre ordered a watch Rolex seadweller to view in store .Checked with staff it had been reserved for viewing and confirmed this on there website. Several weeks passed heard nothing.Rang them several times for update.Staff were bemused why item had not arrived stating they would get back to me which did not happen.After several other calls to chase up was told it had been sold in store in London some weeks ago.Took my custom to another company.

Delivery was very quick, I was kept updated, I needed to return the first bracelet as I ordered the wrong size however, the refund was surprisingly quick and I received the replacement bracelet in a matter of days, all very efficient and all jewellery in fab condition, they are now my go to for jewellery, it’s my 3rd order with them and can’t fault their service.

well, well, I have ordered earrings online for click and collect in the shop. First of all when I came there they asked me about lots of proofs (just for £15 earrings!), which I was ok to get to them - gave them cards with my name on it, photo Oyster card, email and tracked delivery order by Royal Mail. But I have not had my ID with me the only thing I have not had! staff member was keep calling several numbers to get to know whether it would be ok if she would accept all the evidences I had and give me my order. but aster waiting for 15 mins she informed me that she is not allow to give me my order as its restricted without me showing them my ID. I was very disappointed as was late for another appointment without being able to collect my order! the next day I have got back there bringing my ID. and again they made me wait for another 15 mins just because I have not received mail saying that my order was delivered but I have tracked it myself which obviously was not my fault... the staff member at the second day was very nice and helpful (which I can't say about the lady I have met the previous day! despite she made me wait for 15 mins without a result she had not even appologize for the enconvenience!)... I love the shop, but it's a shame they don't have the proper service!

Brandon was so friendly and helpful with me exchanging my euros. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome didn’t rush me when I was changing my mind with the amount to change. Even gave me some advice on the exchange rate on travel cards. Highly recommend and will be returning next time for my euros.
