My relationship with the Kingston H&T Branch had been very pleasant from start to finish. They helped me at a time when my own personal bank was not sympathetic to my financial difficulties that necessitated a loan of some sort.to help me get by.

Couldn’t be better. I don’t often purchase online, especially something such as jewellery and I avoid doing so..but my experience with Est 1897 was great and simple. Ordering was straightforward and clear. I sent my item to be collected in store which was fine. The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. I’m happy with my purchase 😊 My only disappointment was not being able to view in store before purchasing.

Very good experience - the online chat worked brilliantly and I got a fair price. The watch is excellent and exactly as described / shown online. The despatch is not the quickest but that’s probably to do with the fact that they have so many stores across the country. Would definitely buy again.

Amazing staff. So friendly and exceedingly helpful. They offered a buy back rate, at the same price the currency was sold for a small fee, in my case £3. At Sainsburys I would have received £134.00 but at H & T (because I paid the £3), I received £194.00. I cannot recommend them too highly. If there were ten stars that is what I would award.

Purchased a like new Breitling Avenger Seawolf Night Mission from Est 1897. Great price, came with box & papers. When I checked the virtual guarantee card, the watch had only been registered in Dec 22 so still had 18mths left on the guarantee. Brilliant.

It’s a lovely watch and they did a great job cleaning it. Only marked down from 5-stars because one of the pins wasn’t in properly and they didn’t set the time/date. Pretty fast delivery too. Recommended.

I returned the watch that I purchased Because I did not like the watch when delivered. But I did receive a credit for the watch very quickly so it was very good service.
