We sold a white gold and diamond ring in the Worcester Park store. Francesca, full of useful information and advice, could not have been more helpful, so much so that we went on to buy a second-user platinum eternity ring! Truly a 5-star experience!

I absolutely love visiting the H&T Jewellery Shop in Salford. The staff are very warm and friendly, while remaining completely professional. The shop is very much wheelchair friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The H&T Salford Shop has good lighting and very neat and attractive display windows. However, the only thing that lets the shop down, is the fact that in recent years, this Salford branch have not been receiving any “used Silver” Jewellery. I do like my Silver Jewellery, but there is very little used Silver to be bought at the Salford Shop. So can those in charge of the H&T chain, please supply more used Silver items to the Salford shop. Kindest Regards, AJ Valliant.

Bought a watch that I have been looking for. It was exactly what Was described and a good price. Will definitely shop again.

The watch was better in real life than on the photos and came in all original boxes with manufacturer's certificate which I didn't expect. It was also reduced in the sale.

I have been charged twice for the same transaction and I Initially fount very difficult to request a refund for the duplicated transaction. I visited the store twice without success then I made an official complaint and I was advised to attend the store once more . At the 3rd visit I was received by the store manager who had a lot of common sense, he made a call and refunded the duplicated transaction. Verry satisfied with the way he dealt with my query, I hope all staff members at the store will learn from this instance . Thank you
