Worst customer service at the refurbished Market place Leicester branch. Had gone to Leicester to look for a 45th Wedding present. Spotted something in the window we liked the look of, which the staff got out, but then said we couldn't look at it without id. We had photo id, but was told it had to be a legal document. We were pointed to a small card sign that said you 'may' be asked for id, nothing specific. Just crazy, we've bought from you guys many times & manager even said she recognised us, but rules are rules. How were we to know you operate such a rediculas policy, and have no discretion. The staff showed no interest in how we felt & could not offer any reason for the policy. Does this company really want our business anymore?

Wrong size sent

The watches I bought were superbly refurbished and look like new. They were serviced and keep excellent time. I viewed them at the Cowley branch and the staff there were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They could not have been better. My only criticism was that the watches took almost a month to reach the shop, but then it was a month full of bank holidays, so I imagine that held things up a bit. Great service and products. What more could you want?

I have used h and t before in Worcester Park but never again. They were happy to sell me bulgarian lev but won't buy them back! Apparently on a stop list! They are blaming travelex who they buy currency from but no mention on travelex website! The woman was so rude when I questioned it. Never again!!
