Customer services were absolutely excellent in addressing my query. The watch arrived special delivery and I am delighted with my purchase. This was my first online purchase and I have been a customer in the retail stores for many years. H&T is a company you can place trust in.

I've purchased a few coins now from est and every one of them had looked even better upon receipt than in the photos and I was already happy with what I was expecting to receive. Not always the quickest to arrive, but they are not stored in a central warehouse and can be in any store across the country, it's worth the wait for the products, at least they maintain contact for the entire delivery period so I'm fully aware of all progress.

Great experience with H&T. Got a quote for my watch, they arranged a courier, sent the watch and it was assessed and got the funds in my account the same day! Really easy and straightforward. I contacted all the usual Watch sellers and was told nobody was buying Breitling - much to my amazement, but H&T gave me a really good price. Very happy customer.

Walked in with a gold chain and because it had a broken link was offered £14 for it on pawn. Lol went to the jewellers in church walk and was immediately offered £1910. Cash . Won't be going there again. Have done business with them over 20years . This was the actual manager who said this, don't think they will be doing much business if that is how they are now operating. I posted this on behalf of my son,he was the offended customer. He has been in touch with head office who are now dealing with his complaint.
