I got a very nice chain for a good price. I buy pre-owned to get better value and Est1897 have a lot of pre-owned jewellery. I would recommend Est1897.

I love visiting H&T Birkenhead the staff are really friendly and can't help you enough plus they have the best gold ect and at really reasonable price's i can't wait to visit the staff and shop again

Good product ring fitted ok replacement for lost wedding ring good for the price, didn’t like. DPD got them on camera leaving it on next’s doorstep fortunately they saw it didn’t ring their doorbell.

Very pleased with the service, they sent a watch I bought but when it arrived I noticed it was not in its original box, before I could send a email the next day they already emailed me apologising about the mix up and had the box send next day delivery. Very pleased with the watch for my wife and very helpful staff aswell!

For the first time in my life I did business with a Pawnbroker. I had no idea what to expect but by the time I left the H & T branch in Stirling, I knew I'd made the right choice having chosen an ethical company. My first move was to phone them before I left the house. The phone was answered by Paige who could not have been more helpful. When I entered the branch Angela was both welcoming and helpful. She made sure I was aware of the terms and conditions of modern day pawning of treasured items. The interest rates are very competitive so I'd recommend H & T to anyone considering pawning goods. The third member of the team, Aiden, entered the branch before my business was complete and soon found himself making me a mug of tea.
