This company has taken my 1000 and has done nothing with it but held it. They will not respond to my emails at all. Worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life! But I’m going to continue pressing this scheming company ‼️

Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with! No communication and can't verify their so called statements that show profits every quarter on Reits1 and 2. Now I hear it was a facade!

They took a $500 investment and it does okay. I tried investing a followup $1,100 and they took the money, didn’t invest it, and refuse to return it. Run for the hills, either they know they are committing felony fraud and taking money with no intent on investing it, or just as bad, they are insolvent and don’t actually have your money.

Don't fall for their empty promises. They will sweet talk you into depositing more, but the moment you try to withdraw even a fraction of your profit, they vanish. Five days and still no approval, yet their page is flooded with fake reviews. Stay far away. I have found, PWG. Truly reliable and they make withdrawals effortless.

I am formally filing a complaint regarding my investment with Diversy Fund, initiated in August 2019. I was promised dividends and a full return of my investment plus gains within three years. However, nearly six years later, my account reflects only $4,342.74, and I am now being told funds won’t be liquidated until December 2025. This delay and lack of returns are unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund of my investment. Please provide a resolution and timeline for the return of my funds.

I just want to start by saying Diversyfund has gotten better in their communication. I reached out to Brandy who works for Diversyfund and she assured me that they will be selling the property's off in our portal this year 2025. But as far as my faith in this company I lost all faith in Diversyfund. I fear that all I am hearing is just what they want me to hear. They keep sending me different notifications to invest more money and I'm think to myself why would anyone in their right mind give this company more money when people are having a hard time getting their initial investment back and on top of that I looked on the BBB Bureau site and it seems their business is not accredited.

It’s very telling that Diversyfund only responds to positive reviews. I also notice none of those positive reviewers stated how much they received or how long the return took. Agreed, this is a scam! I receive the feel good emails but when I inquire about the date I can divest, I’m told the date has moved up a year, then another email that there’s no guarantee you’ll receive any portion of your initial investment back. Of course my response to the “Reply to” email comes back, “Address Not Found”. Proceed with caution!

Invested 3k. My dividends have grown to $200 in 5 years and I cannot withdraw my money. Worst company to deal with. No idea if I will ever get my money back. They cant even provide a 10% return in 5 years during the largest REI price boom in our lifetime.

I moved to "san VEN" a more reliable and superior platform. They are very untrustworthy on this site. I had a lot of problem with this firm that weren't fixed. The customer service is awful and for literally years you won't be able to access your account.

Update Received a good email that clearly described what’s going on with my investment. It was sincere and eased my concerns. I’ll continue to keep you posted

I invested $1500.00 in this company in 2020. I thought it was a five year time horizon for the maturity of the asset. I thought I was supposed to get my money back in 2025. We’ll, it’s 2025 and all I got was $98.00 as an interest payment. I read somewhere that the initial investment will NOT be returned until the real estate property is sold, which could be 20, 50, or even 100 years. WTH?! It smells like a scam! Beware.

I've been asking to close my account and withdraw all funds since April (it's Dec 31 now). Also tried contacting them in all possible ways through costumer service and emails I found. They basically ignored all. L

Scam: once they get your money, it will be the last time they will speak to you; it is now 5 years and zero return on my investment. There is zero transparency on how the money is used and what the compensation is for the two owners. At this point, I have to assume that new money is just supporting their lifestyle; I recommend that everyone who has invested contact the SEC and the California AG for an investigation or a class action be brought against them

A total garbage. Be careful. They cant evem maintain a functional website. Your money will be stuck for few years. There should be a civil lawsuit against them.Stay away

So far, the service has been good, but we hope that custom service can improve further, especially regarding response speed to inquiries.

Being one of the users of DF app, I can share my experience with them, overall, my experience was quite good, with some aspects worth praising and others that could use improvement.

This is my personal experience, and it might be different for others, but it was excellent for me. I truly appreciate their prompt responses and clear answers to all my questions.
