Italy | 06 January 2025We purchased the dirt masterlightweight steam mop but I’ve been very disappointed with its performance and subsequently the water container split at the sea and leaked everywhere when contacting customer service regarding they sent me a link to purchase a replacement part knowing that the steam mop is less than one year old. This is Ludacris as it is clearly a manufacturing defect so we’ve now bought the shark version and in the past week of use has been excellent and out performs the inferior Swan version and is only £20 more expensive , so if you’re looking for a reliable product with excellent customer service, I will certainly opt for this shark or feel free to try others but the Swan is pretty poor and quite cheaply made certainly not worth the £60+ that we paid for it

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025I bought blue retro fridge freezer a few years ago and only just bought a new one -not Swan. From the outset the fridge was wet, pools of water all over the base and food. The freezer trays cracked very early on and the wee bits holding the door shelves gave way resulting in the shelves smashing on the floor. After gluing and repairing them, I finally gave it away and got a new one today. The Swan fridge looks marvellous but performance is way below an acceptable standard - EDIT-,on reading this review, a rep from Swan called me to discuss my comments (appreciated) I did call Swan a few years ago to tell them the fridge was constantly wet inside, apparently it was user error, I also had occasion to ring them about the matching pan set becoming discoloured, guess what they told me? I wasn’t using them correctly. I’ve nothing to gain from this review, it’s my experience, I didn’t sell the fridge freezer, I gave it away (still looking fabulous on the outside)

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025I moved into my first home in 2022 and was so excited to furnish my kitchen with Swan products because I loved what I saw on the socials. Most of what I bought has been fantastic and has really elevated my kitchen’s look and feel. The Swan Retro Toaster is amazing! Super easy to use and clean. My retro kitchen roll holder always gets compliments, and it’s such a simple yet stylish addition. I’ve also mixed in some of the Scandi range in white, which is beautiful and incredibly easy to maintain. The real star of my kitchen is my Swan Retro Fridge. It’s such a statement piece and constantly gets compliments from friends and family. However, I do have to mention that the shelves feel a bit fragile; two of mine have broken, which I admit could be down to me overloading them. Still, it’s such a gorgeous fridge that I couldn’t imagine my kitchen without it. Now, onto the Swan SWKA4500BN Retro 45L Square Sensor Bin. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the sensor mechanism stopped working within six months despite careful use. My dad (an electrician) checked it over, but even with fresh batteries and a reset, it just wouldn’t work. I continued using it manually, but the paint began to crack and peel, which was disappointing for something at this price point. That said, Caitlin from customer service has been brilliant, and the aftercare team has been incredibly helpful. It’s reassuring to know that Swan takes customer feedback seriously and is willing to support their customers when issues arise. Overall, I still love Swan as a brand—they have some truly fantastic products that I’d recommend in a heartbeat. For bigger purchases like the bin, I’d suggest considering a warranty just in case. I hope this review helps others make informed choices.

United Kingdom | 31 December 2024Update: Swann have been in touch and replaced the carpet cleaner with a new one, which works perfectly! Great turnaround and I’ve amended my star rating from a 1 to a 5 star experience. Many thanks to the team at Swann! I bought a Swann Hand Carpet Cleaner, the one with Sally’s endorsement in Oct 2024 and it’s pretty useless. The biggest issue is the water bottle doesn’t stay in place and falls off all the time. Unfortunately, I didn’t register the purchase for the warranty. My error. I’ve now given up on trying to use this item.

They couldn't have been more helpful. After many conversations with various people, Pheobe, and 2/3 others, my problem was sorted out and a new appliance is being dispatched. So very grateful to each and everyone. Sorry I can't remember all the names, but they were brilliant. Thank you Swan.
