I don't understand why I couldn't reach customer service by phone, I've had this problem before. Hats off to Phoebe at customer service.🤗🥳

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024I purchased swan wool tumble dryer balls They do reduce your drying time but they made my husbands navy blue work uniform tops covered in wool hair! The uniforms now look faded. Asked swan for a refund and it was hard work trying to prove that it wasn't somthing I was doing to my drying! I have no pets I am a clean freak so it was nothing I was doing to get my husbands uniform covered in wool from these balls.i am still waiting for my refund.i hope that swan can do a test on these balls and notify me of the results

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024Ordered through onbuy direct from Swann a canister set £25, but Evri left it outside with no tracking nor anything through my door to state it had been delivered. After a few days and chasing this they sent proof. But the item was no longer in that location so assume it had been stolen. This is the response back. Our courier partner has confirmed that based on the information available to them, your delivery was made successfully and compliant in accordance with their guidelines. If you have been unable to locate your parcel in the meantime a you are still in dispute, our courier partner will need to open an investigation with their fraud team and local Police. For them to conduct an investigation they first require you to sign and complete the attached Denial of Receipt Declaration form. This must be a written signature and returned to us in a timely manner and no longer than 5 working days. Claims may be rejected if returned outside of this timescale. So making out that I am not being truthful and threatening with Legal action and police if I am found to not being honest. This is not the first time I’ve read this on here. Very poor customer service and to blame the customer for Evri poor delivery service. At no point did get any tracking or notifications. Beware that is you have any issues or missing items your made to feel like a criminal.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024We ordered a Swan package (kettle, toaster & microwave) over month a go. The package arrived and no toaster was in the box and the microwave was damaged. After being made to feel like we were not being truthful and many exchanges between us we returned the microwave back to them and they seem to still be checking warehouse stock for a toaster. Now being told no stock but all the items are available on their website. This has been poor customer experience with a major retailer and looks like we'll have no microwave for Christmas due to very poor service. Avoid at all costs!

She was so so helpful and has quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away which I'm so grateful of as I have a little one I need the use of it for. I have never experienced such quick, helpful and efficient customer service I really appreciate this thank you.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2024I ordered 2x Teasmaids from this brand on 8/12/24, and they were in stock. No warning to say low in stock or anything like that. I received a confirmation email from this brand, but a week later, received no emails regarding dispatch. I contacted customer services to ask for an update, and I was told that the item is out of stock, and they are due a restock on the 24/12/24, and so I could wait until then or get a refund. I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Clare, who did try and move some things around for me, as the items were in stock when I placed the order. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible and so now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund, right before Christmas. If I hadn’t contacted customer services, I would never have been told the items were out of stock and would not have received them until long after Christmas. I won’t even begin to question why I was able to purchase 2 if they were out of stock! Or how the stock went down without my order being fulfilled! This is a nightmare on top of Christmas due to this company’s lack of organisation and professionalism. Keep your customers updated, keep your website/stock updated and these issues won’t occur!

I got in touch with Swan and a lovely lady called Tracy helped resolve the issue and very promptly sorted out a new one to be sent out. Very much appreciated as I love the machine and can't go without my coffee in the morning!

Turned a stressful experience into an easy quick resolution.
