The whole process was done within probably three minutes. As promised, new kettle is on its way

But alas, 2 weeks ago it died, ruining all freezer contents. Spoke with Swan CS, as it’s out of guarantee they don’t want to know! That same freezer is still on sale for £999, AVOID at all costs!

United Kingdom | 24 November 2024Bit of a weird one. Dealt with various brilliant people including Zoe, Kai and chioma. Long story short bought a dehumidifier. It didn’t work. Unlike 99.9 % of companies they give a helpline number on the instruction manual. And even better it’s manned by humans in the uk and not stupid ai that doest work. Zoe was great and said she would look into - within 30 mins I have a response and suggestions. They didn’t work and I responded. She imediately initiated the returns process. And again rare these days she took my word gave me instructions on how to close the products down (no need to send back). And other members of team organised a new one to be despatched. I’ve never posted a 5 star review for a faulty product but I have to say I felt valued here. Thanks Swan and don’t follow the model of other competitors I love your work and hopefully your product when it arrives 😎😎

United Kingdom | 24 November 2024Avoid.. Everything is ok until your return..When you paid delivery they use EVRi £3.99 ,but on your return the charge is £6 Yodel!! Don't know about the quality because didn't use my heater!! *I checked now Yodel and they got quotes from 1kg to 10kg ,the guys from Swan sent me label less than 10kg for heater fan🤣🤣🤣🤣 I got proof of it!!!
