I’ve had my swan larder fridge for 5 years and recently noticed a smell it’s all been cleaned and no food gone off we pulled it out to see if there was anything behind it and noticed a white tray I’m sure it’s coming from there I didn’t like to pull too hard in case I damaged it can anyone tell me what it’s for and can it be removed

I ordered a Swan Ceramic Heater but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable but Courtney has been very helpful and is now arranging for me to return this heater. Extremely grateful to her and will definitely look for something more suitable from Swan

Having just purchased a Swan product I had a problem with registering my warranty. This was quickly resolved by a brief telephone call with Tracy on their help desk who was very pleasant and efficient.

Purchased a Swan SR11010 Fridge /Freezer through Curry's 7 years ago the bottle shelf has broken and trying to get a part is impossible.Nowhere else stocks them and Swan have kept me waiting for months and months saying they are expecting stock and now they say they won't be getting anymore stock in ever ? !!! This model is still for sale so how can they leave customers with no chance of getting spare parts .I will not be buying a SWAN product again and would not recommend them to anyone either .

The AC mains lead on my Swan DAB Radio was damaged so I rang (Tracey) at Swan who offered to send me a new one free of charge - how good is that?! Very friendly and great service- you wouldn’t get that buying Chinese so let’s support our own British industry. Well done Swan!

I ordered three Nordic blue tea/coffee canisters. They arrived quick enough but when I opened the box the cannisters had been used! One had the remnants of tea in it and on the lid. I have photo evidence. These have clearly been returned by a customer and simply sent out again without being checked. Unbelievable!

I used the Swan fridge help number and was redirected automatically to Pacifica. Pacifica on its website itself shows Swan as being one of the brands whose appliances it can arrange for fixing or other help and services. The Pacifica agent impatiently informed me that Pacifica does not cover Swan appliances and gave me another number to call. This number also automatically diverted to a Pacifica helpline where I received the same treatment, despite my explanations and pointing out that Swan is on the Pacifica list of brands. Pacifica has not responded to my email about this. I am still waiting for help from Swan/Pacifica after several days and food is being spoilt. What is going on? Trustpilot has just let me know that Swan believes that this review is not meant for them. In the interests of clarity, my review regards the lack of any support given by Swan to my communication to them regarding a problem with one of their Swan fridge products that I oaid a good deal of money for. Their advertised telephone helplines direct to Pacifica who refuse to deal with the issue because they say it is Swan's problem (despite the Swan help line redirecting to Pacifica!!). By the way, I have also both emailed Swan and DM on their Facebook page but still not received any support after two times of asking. Further to my previous attempts to get help from Swan and being told that the problem lies with their chosen technical support company, Pacifica (who refuse to deal with them despite advertising that they do in fact fix Swan products) I have now been informed by Swan customer support that they are "sorry that Pacifica has not been of help, we will forward that information back to the managers. I have been advised it is likely a fault with your compressor. I can see that currys do fridge and freezer repairs, I have added the link below [link to currys given] or look online for a local company that repairs fridges. I hope that helps and I do apologise I am not able to help further." In other words, they and their partner are not helping me, but want me to sort out the problem myself. I should have thought it was obvious to anyone with any understanding of customer relations that this is not professional. I have no option therefore but to dump the fridge and will probably never buy a Swan fridge again (like so many others on this page). Today (23 Jan, ten days on) I have had a partly helpful email from a Swan agent, Allison, as follows: "I sent an email over to Pacifica to say we are sending customers to them for repairs and service and they are being told by their agents that you no longer service our products and they sound frustraited that they are recieving calls from Swan customers. The response back from Morgan a servce manager at Pacifica. see below their response: "I do apologise regarding this, we do deal with swan repairs so im unsure why they are being refused and referred to your selves.I will get this circulated around to the teams so this does not happen again." Allison continued: "I can only say if you get this response again, then take agents name and the number you called and I will raise this back to Pacifica managment so that you can get the advice and repair service you expected." Sadly this comes too late but I will see what happens when I call the Swan Service number. I have tried this this morning (24 Jan) by caling the Swan Service Helpline on 0333 2206050 and waiting for 30 mins without reply, and then tried 2206074 instead (both lines begin with identical recorded messages and options for Swan Customer service and then connect to Pacifica) and waited for ages before realising that this line also is probably not being operated by anyone. Terrible

Canadian customer. 13 months after purchasing our kettle, the exterior is stained and the rubberized coating chipped. The kettle is unable to withstand splashes of coffee and tea(!) And even those washed off immediately leave permanent discolouration. The kettle was purchased in Canada. The only customer service is in the UK. The customer service person was very polite and Told me the stains certainly would come off. I would just need to use the right product and then recommended three products only available in the UK. This is apparently a reoccurring complaint as I was told there had been numerous trials carried out by social media influencers. In any case, standard kitchen, cleaning products, have not removed the stains And the rubber coating remains significantly discoloured by normal kitchen kettle use. I was told Customer service, Swan had no way to replace kettles in Canada (Canada Post? Royal mail? UPS? Purolator?). One would hope that if A product is to be sold in a particular country, the customer service would extend to that country as well. Very Disappointed as it was among the more expensive kettles available. Purchased at Canadian Tire and also available at Walmart

Customer services has been really good. My faulty steam mop was reported and Tracy has been so helpful throughout the entire process. A replacement product is on the way and I can’t wait to unbox and start using it. Thanks so much Tracy you have been most helpful.

I made an error ordering a kettle, and had a palaver, but thanks to Chioma and team, they have helped me out, I have my brand new kettle, and they sorted the errors that I made... Massive big up to them, and love my product, but excellent customer service skills 💞

We were given a Swan Nordic kettle, tea bag pot set and microwave for Christmas 2 years ago. Within the first 12 months the kettle limescale filter mesh in the spout ripped, living in a hard water area this constantly allowed the lime scale into our tea. For such a small and easily replacement item, Swan do not offer spares. So had to buy a brand new kettle. Also at the same time our microwave started rusting on the inside due to paint bubbling off. I recently complained to Swan and the customer service personnel, first of all lied and said that they had seen my photos. Even though I did not send any. Then tried to make out it was from lack of cleaning and rudely sent a link to a YouTube video on how to clean a microwave. Clearly a sarcastic attempt to make out I don’t know how to clean a microwave. Prior to this I had a £30 Aldi microwave for 10 years and this never rusted. And I had a cheap kettle that never had anything go wrong with it for 10 years. So in all I would say Swan Products look the part but unfortunately are lacking the quality to back it up.

I have had the Teasmade for just under a year. This morning whilst preparing the tea it was at the point of disgorging the water when it suddenly stopped and all the lights in the room went out including the ring main and the lights. I disconnected the teas made from the mains and phoned BG who cover these items. They arranged to come out later that morning. All is now well.
