We have just joined in with the air fryer craze, purchasing a retro dual drawer air fryer. Unfortunately the first one delivered had a crack in the face of one of the drawers. After contacting customer support Phoebe leapt into action and sorted a return label and a replacement. This has arrived today undamaged and we are looking forward to a weekend of fantastic food.

I purchased a swan Alexa kettle which thankfully has a 2 year guarantee after 13 months it has started to make an horrendous cracking noise I contacted swan customer service and they have been amazing in less than a few hours I have sent a short video of the kettle showing the problem and all has been resolved a new kettle is on its way. Very happy with the 5* customer service I have experienced from Swan customer service today I believe the lady who dealt with this is Phoebe and it was a pleasure to have someone understanding friendly and sorted my replacement kettle so quickly. Thankyou

Had no end of problems with Alexa Kettle on to the third. Tracy at Swan was really helpful and reminded me to send in required info as I kept forgetting over Christmas and due to using our back up kettle. Replacement sent out so hoping it’s more successful this time around as having two of these so far and now a third on it’s way and keeping a back up kettle I’m loosing the will that this kettle was worth the purchase in the first place. However the customer service from swan has been excellent

Our teasmaid started to leak after 20 months,we reported this to Swan and following proof of purchase and product details, it was agreed to issue replacement (which was not in stock at the time) However we were kept informed and when it was back in stock a replacement was sent. Full marks to the team at Swan for a good service (not always available these days).

Had the handle of our Swan kettle lid break on the weekend, emailed Swan, had a reply on Monday morning offering a replacement lid, gave my address details, by Tuesday morning the replacement lid was on its way. Great service

Purchased retro food mixer. It was advertised as 800w . On arrival it wasn’t 800w but a lot less. Swan agreed to send a return label and told me to take it loc/ nearest drop off point for Yodel courier. 1st one didn’t have a printer 2nd one had a printer but it didn’t work . In desperation I took it to the actual Yodel depot and although they printed a label, they refused to give me a receipt with tracking number but said they would email me one. They never did !!! Contacted numerous agents and repeated the situation to each of them and the last one was Chioma . She was brilliant.she confirmed the refund was being processed and assisted me in registering the Swan product I purchased locally. My only criticism is that, until I contacted Chioma , each time I emailed, I received a reply from a different person but Chioma was first class

Last year I purchased a Swan Retro Microwave which I love. Sadly it stopped working. It was within the warranty period so I emailed customer services. Within an hour Holly replied with a resolution. Excellent service!

Fault developed with a coffee maker, and after running through some probable solutions to fix, Swan then agreed to a replacement. Good response time, and pleasant responses.

Bought a kettle ,toaster and mircowave set a month ago , love the look ,great set ,mircowave broke with limited use, stone cold inside ,but externally got boiling , anyway emailed swan a Saturday ,(kai ,chioma) brilliant 👏, followed instructions from them , thought it would take ages to get a replacement, but wow ! got it on the Monday by 2 pm , can not fault that , new one (box with a bit damaged) Evri really are cheap and don't care , mircowave appear fine thou , finger crossed no more problems but feel great with the 2 year warranty

I put a query on the website enquiring about a broken toaster, only hoping for a resolution to fix it. I was emailed by Tracy who sought to resolve the issue, between her and Chioma they were both extremely helpful, friendly, apologetic and resolved my problem quickly which ended in a claim on the warranty and I am now being sent a new toaster. I wasn’t expecting a new one but they apologised profusely for the problems and made sure it was quickly resolved. This was all fixed within a couple of days and have been assured that a new toaster will be sent within a short time frame. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend.
