Bought a espresso maker, few months later it needed to be sent back and new one got promised to me. I sent the old one back to then be informed that they basically lied to me and there is no stock and I won't get a coffee machine. Manager contacted me via email, didn't even bother to call... Offered me pathetic refund just to get rid of me and the problem. Awful customer service, I will never buy of them again. Waste of time and products are not that great anyway....

I bought a Swan washing machine back in April, only to find that 7 months later, The drum has stopped spinning properly, the washing machine won't drain, and it comes up with an error message on the screen. I called customer services and arranged for a repair, but an engineer was not available for another 8 days. I stated that I was working that day, you know, because MOST of us work during the day, and they stated that they would try and get an enginner for the evening. This did not happen. The slot was between 12-4, meaning that I had to take the entire day off, only to be called that day and be told that the engineer was off sick. This was then re-arranged for a saturday (washing machine out of action for nearly two weeks by this point). As I was tracking the engineer, I noted that on the notes regarding the problem, they had written simply that 'the client' had said that the washing machine was 'making loud banging noises'. Those words did not come out of my mouth and they left out that I had called because the washing machine was not spinning or draining properly. The engineer came and stated that it was just a blockage and assured me that the problem was fixed. The next day, I put in a wash load, only to find that id did exactly the same thing. Stopped halfway through the cycle with an error message, would not spin properly and would not drain. I had to get my clothes out and wring them off in the sink and try to dry them inside as we are getting into winter now. As the clothes were soaking wet through, i've had to have my heating on continuously for two days. The washing stinks, so I can't wear any of it and as well as losing money from having to take a day off work, i'm now also dreading my heating bill. I've tried to call several times, but because I work during the day, I can only make a phonecall after 5pm. Each time i've called (5.30pm and 5.15pm) the line has stated that customer services are closed, even though the intruction manual I have with the number on states that customer services are open until 6pm. Built for life indeed. (note how they rarely reply to the complaints)

Thank you Swan, its so easy to complain and not take into account just how busy a business is alas the social media side of business has bad traits, what has happened to the politeness and saying who replied? Today, a problem with a product and I capture this on video 1' 12" duration 129mb - Swan web site; video too big, email; too big - X(Twitter) video was acceptable, but the delays between replies from Swan social media team and denials video was attached when X clearly showed it was, annoyed me. Thanks to Allison in Swan Brand customer service who went that extra mile and brought social media back in line.

I had a fault with an air fryer and a toaster. Wasn’t looking forward to ‘complaining’ to customer service based on previous experiences with other manufacturers. However, was amazed at the professional manner and speed of responses to sort issues out for me. Had to send photos, understandably, which was a bit of a challenge for me-but did it, surprised myself !! Fantastic customer service the best I found. Thank you, Claire for all your help and assistance.

I ordered a Slow Cooker as a gift. Looked at Slow Cooker packaged in box but only the glass lid seemed all ok. When the receiver of the gift fully inspected it after fully takeing it out of the packageing she noticed a huge dent near the handle.(The caseing) I rang Swan a very helpful lady answered my call. She apologised and assured me a replacement would be resent. I was asked to understandably send photos of the damaged slow cooker and a few other details. FromvSwan only receiveing photos etc yesterday my replacement was received today. Thankyou Clare and Tracey for all your help.

I was unable to register the guarantee for my new floor cleaner, therefore, I contacted Clare at Customer Services and she did it for me, very efficient. Really pleased with my cordless floor cleaner, wish I had bought one sooner.
