I bought a Retro Mixer recently. Fab product, unfortunately the splash guard was broken. I contacted Swan and received a very quick reply from Holly. Immediately she ordered a replacement for me which arrived within 2 days. Brilliant customer service!

Contacted customer services regarding a fault with my 5 month old Swan Microwave. Within 48 hours Holly had dispatched a replacement. Fantastic customer service!! Thanks Holly, new microwave arrived today!

Purchased a milk frother which was unfortunately faulty. Contacted customer services who have arranged a replacement. Very quick to respond. The only thing I found a little annoying was having to send videos and photos. Would recommend Swan after service.

After a painful process to get a faulty new Fjord kettle replaced I opened the replacement to find the lid badly marked. Sent a pic and was asked to send it back. Called to explain that having been without a kettle for a couple of weeks this was not at all convenient. Diane was great and has arranged for a new kettle to be sent which means we are not inconvenienced at all. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service by listening and understanding. Top marks!

I bought a coffee machine for my son's birthday March 2024. He absolutely loves it. When it developed an issue i contacted Swan customer services. Followed their guidelines but, to no avail. Less than 48 hours later there is a replacement machine on its way! Thank you Kat!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Swan. Our espresso machine broke down and I reached out to Swan helpline very easily, and spoke to Allison. She was incredibly friendly, and helpful. And then, the next working day, Holly arranged for a replacement machine, which is expected to arrive within 3 to 5 days. Thank you both!

I was really pleased with the service provided by Swan. My kettle had broken and was still within the warranty, I called and spoke to Clare who was extremely professional, kind and helpful. The communication was really quick, there was no long call times and email responses were within minutes. Clare sent me a replacement kettle which should be with me in 3 to 5 days. Would definitely buy a swan product again after the service I received!

I have to mention Alison and Steve! I have not experienced customer service like this in years. No other reason to buy British than to have a great product with amazing support if needed. Don't buy British to just buy British, do it because the design, engineering and aftersales is wonderful. My niece and puppies broke my wonderful Elevate Vacuum, totally my fault, they sent me the part!!!!! Recycle, repair ethical. Yes, it is a great battery vacuum, but even better they (Swan) make the parts. I am sold on Swan brand after this service. I had another dealing with Swan approximately 3 months ago and can confirm this is not a one off. They have been superb twice now.
