United Kingdom | 10 February 2025Exceptional service from Chioma, I had an issue with my microwave. No email receipt and I thought it was out of warranty, it was more concern on my part regarding the fault, I had previously answered questions regarding said fault, but 8 days later and another 2 calls from me, I was not getting any feedback - I’ll pass it on kind of thing. My 3rd call Chioma answered and when I expressed that please I really needed some sort of conclusion, everything changed, she totally took ownership, organised faulty pick up and new to be delivered, actually all done 2 days later. Chioma herself was a delight, lovely, personable and fun human, she totally did me proud as she clearly does Swan everyday. New shoes for Chioma, she goes the extra mile. I will also add, even though I had a wait initially, all the service from start to finish with Swan was excellent, Chioma was my stand out.

United Kingdom | 09 February 2025I had a broken appliance and after contacting Customer Services was happy to know that it was going to be replaced. Communication was easy and my complaint was dealt with very quickly. My replacement item was delivered a couple of days later.

My initial response was from Clare and I have to say she was fantastic, she corrected my order and with the assistance of Tracy everything was sorted out!! Great service and quickly dealt with.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025I have bought a Lyndsey queen of clean vacuum which has stopped working within a couple of months. The battery is not sufficiently charging. Contacted customer service and I’m being told to cut the cord and dispose myself for a refund. I asked if there was not a collection service for potential repair or recycle and was told no there is no collection service or repair or recycle centre. I don’t think this is very good for a company as big as yourselves.

I’m really big on a good customer service so can easily spot any cracks. Tracy was polite, efficient and knew about the product to be able to let me know exactly what the next steps were. United Kingdom | 01 February 2025Bought a Swan Slow Cooker last month and had an issue where the handle kept falling off the lid due to a broken thread, so I emailed their customer service asking if they had a spare knob available. Clare responded within the hour and organised for a spare one to be sent out the same day, and it arrived within 24 hours! Thank you so much to Clare for the amazing customer service, really appreciated 😊 All our kitchen appliances are Swan products and we absolutely love them!
