SCAMER THEY FREEZ MY ACCOUNT WITH 2700 GBp.i given all proof of payments,beaware of them

WAGES GOT PAID IN THIS MORNING and my account has been frozen although prior I have contacted Ziglu saying I an expecting my salary from my employer to this account now my account has been frozen with £1000 pending to be sent and they aren’t doing anything about it I am absolutely fuming I have made transfers and purchases on the card and am being questioned for it like that isn’t what a debit card is intended for TO MAKE PURCHASES WITH!!

So over a week ago I thought I’ll open an account with these unprofessionals to see what it’s like and I already regret that and can’t wait to close it soon as I’ve got my money back. Week ago on Friday I have sent £50 to a friend which he has not received until Monday late afternoon and today I had payment of £239 come in which these tw*ts knew about because I’ve let them know about it in advance as I expected it 3 days ago but hey ho it’s Ziglu what a surprise, anyway tried to call them 5 times for over an hour each time was not able to get through, tried messaging on the app and on Facebook but they’d rather be s*cking each other off under the desk and spending people’s money. DO NOT TRUST THEM - STAY AWAY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I have updated this post, I had a small issue with transferring over my coin like I do on CoinBase. Ziglu defiantly will and has saved me money and I do not have to worry about multiple transactions and verifications with hidden %. Thankyou ziglu for your help and i will continue to invest with you.

I've now discovered the best banking app out there, seamless and easy to use, verified within 5 minutes, so easy to deposit straight from my account and trade crypto, well done Ziglu, much love, looking forward to best things to come

Onboarding was seamless. Transferring money into the account was quick. Buying digital currency is quick and the fees are displayed in very transparent manner. Their server was down during a period of high volatility for BTC, but the error was displayed very clearly and I received very prompt and helpful assistance from their in-app customer support.

Deposited GBP and bought Bitcoin and Ethereum - so far so good. Tried to exchange Bitcoin back to GBP to cash out a small part of my holdings. I get the message "transaction failed". I try again twice, I get "transaction failed". I then check my balances, and all three attempts have been processed, causing me to cash out three times as much as I intended (and causing me to lose on gains at a time when BTC was flying). The app is shoddy, limited and costly. What makes this experience much worse is that I tried to email help @ ziglu.io about the issue, but my email was rejected. I then tweeted @ZigluHelp twice, with no response so far (it's been 10 days now). I am a Seedrs funder of Ziglu and honestly, this is pathetic service - very disappointed. Won't be using the app again.

App is great however their SPREADS for buying and selling Crypto are Awful. You instantly lose 100s of pounds if you buy from them due to poor market prices...

It’s a scam company. You deposit money into the account and they freeze it. They are quick to reply before freezing your account once frozen no replies at all. This has been for a week now. I want my money back!!!!

Do not believe in the Positive reviews here! These guys have Restricted my account after I've made a transfer of a mere 800 GBP from my own account. They claim that you can send or receive up to 10,000 GBP per day! They are misleading you! Beware!

Opening of account was easy and straightforward. Took just a couple of days to receive my card, but a week later they decided to close my account without giving any explanation whatsoever. Their support is very unresponsive. Take ages to get a response to support tickets. After such experience, wouldn’t recommend. P.S. Following up your response here I feel like I should update my review. I wish you were as quick replying to customer inquiries as you are here. I’ve sent you a couple of emails already, the last one was yesterday, and I’m yet to hear back from you. And by the way it was Paul who gave me “happy news“ about my account being closed, so you are most probably already aware of my issue.

Been intrigued by crypto for a long time but found the whole landscape daunting and confusing with a load of FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt) shrouding it. Opening a Ziglu account was painless and took maybe 10 minutes (most of that was to find my passport, which due to COVID has not seen the light of day for many months). It was just as easy, and instant, to transfer some funds and buy my first crypto currency. It’s been fascinating seeing and finally being part of such a dynamic market and my plan is to add funds monthly as an investment experiment. I was prompted to write this review by the latest update to the app allowing me to order my MasterCard debit card and even preset my PIN number and on the one occasion I had a question the in-app support was neigh on instant. I’m genuinely intrigued as to what comes next.

Finally a simple , efficient and robust means to trade crypto with the additional benefit of having significant insurance ... so simple to set up. Looking forward to the debit card and future additions.
