My account has been frozen for receiving £60 and sending £60 to another account but that’s not why I am angry, previously I have deposited £2 and bought something for £2 online, it took 3 days for the transaction to go from pending to completed. I have work related things to be doing and I paid £60 to my partner now I am getting blamed for it because the money was meant to be send days ago. YOU make me freaking wait 2 days just to lock my account and you have the the balls to send me an email saying I need to provide proof of how I got £60 freaking pound and how the transactions I have been making were alot, if £62 is alot to you then suck your mum. Also if you’re trying to get a word out of these guys by contacting, don’t expect much you won’t get an answer until they feel like replying🤣. A majority of good reviews on here are all fake and botted as well just so they can rob your money easier. DONT RECOMMEND!

These lot are a absolute piece of Sh** I deposited £900 from my wages and they instantly froze my account within a second, what kind of nonsense radar do they have? Anything above £200 is getting frozen then u have to explain urself where the money came, proof of it etc etc and they reply every 5 days they’ve messed up my whole month I’m fuming as I’m typing this I don’t have nothing to survive on, don’t have nothing for Valentin day I can’t pay my rent I can’t do SH**!! Now I have to wait for these bozos to wake up and scratch their asses and go and check their emails when they feel like it? Just for them to copy and paste the usual robotic answer do not use these scammers if ur depositing more than £100 you have been warned

Absolutely terrible customer service! They do not even bother to respond to the in-app messaging service and take forever to respond to emails! On top of this, they are inaccessible over the weekends! They are happy for you to deposit as much money as you like, but as soon as you try to withdraw or transfer money to another one of YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS they block your account!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

most wrost bank ever. i borrow 2700£ for my sister marriage . when i recived money in my ziglue they lock the account. my sister marriage hasbeen cancel because they are not replying me ,2 week hasbeen passed i given all the proff .be aware these type of suck bank.

I work in financial markets and I know that in order to offer a safe service you need to have tight security and compliance measures in place.
