Absolute con artists. Complete scam. Sent off three old phones on the basis of their quote. Have never heard another thing. I confirm other reviews that they don't want to know after they have received your items.

Sent my phone off by recorded delivery Oct 2023 and it was returned next day as address was wrong. Have sent several emails and phoned!! Only one reply to say they have moved premises but everything is still telling you to post to old address. Have tried to contact since and no response!!

SCAM sent phone in luckily it was sent special delivery but address no longer in use ( gone away) so phone returned next day web site seems genuine with account and printing off paper agreement DO NOT USE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Difficult to get hold off via the phone number - replied to email eventually but payment received and Amber was really helpful
