The takeover was on 15th October from last telecom supplier. Its 04th November today, still couldn't fix the internet supply or telephone! What a poor service!!

I had contacted Ice-Comms this morning to query when we will be able to use the system, and how I can prepare my company for the use of it. I had spoken to Mark who was very helpful in informing me when our next update should be in terms of the set up, how I can prepare it and guided me through confirming my knowledge of how to set up other accounts. Mark was professional whilst discussing it and we also managed to have a laugh and a brief chat whilst my internet was being a little slow (apologies again Mark!), however being able to have little chats between business talk, is something I appreciate as, to me, it helps build a rapport between client and provider. Thank you for your help Mark and again, I wish you better!
