I had spoken to Mark who was very helpful in informing me when our next update should be in terms of the set up, how I can prepare it and guided me through confirming my knowledge of how to set up other accounts. Mark was professional whilst discussing it and we also managed to have a laugh and a brief chat whilst my internet was being a little slow (apologies again Mark!), however being able to have little chats between business talk, is something I appreciate as, to me, it helps build a rapport between client and provider.
