My experience with Kaya was smooth. She addressed my concerns and provided the necessary assistance. Overall, it was a straightforward process.

We had an issue, Summer found it and fixed it for us in a very short space of time and then informed me straight away. Just the right sort of service we need.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are fine when speaking to the salesmen and will promise you the world, but as soon as you sign a contract they do not want to know you. I had huge problems with phone signal and they were not interested. Made several complaints and was never ever called back. The also added many hidden charges to my contract including £60 per month insurance !! As well as additional payments at the end if you want to actually keep your phone. Do Not Trust This Company !!
