They need to be clearer on quotes. Quoted very cheap to get the order. Then they inform you how many hoops you have to jump through to get the price. You have to pay the full, high charge and then invoice them to get the discount back. Not one word of this until all is signed, then its tough luck as you signed. Called every day pushing for the signature as well. Very pushy.

Nevada is a major credit to Ice Comms, he has a brilliant customer care attitude , very knowledgeable , really knows his stuff and great at sorting any issues . Goes the extra mile. I have also received a brilliant level of service from Chloe she also deserves a gold star and pay rise.

Signed agreement for single sim to be move from O2 to Vodafone, told we would be paying £9.00 per month as agreed with Vodafone. On the day our number ported we receive an email from Ice comms asking for an invoice from us to cover the reduction that they would be paying us back each month!! We will be paying Vodafone the full amount, and Ice Comms will send me the difference each month via Direct debit. This ridiculous creative accounting wasn't explained at the time of the sale. I phoned to cancel contract to be told there is no 14 day cooling off period. Spoken with Vodafone direct who do offer 14 day cooling off whether you are consumer or business. Ice Comms = Poor customer service, attitude and company. Ask to read their contract before signing anything, then speak to the big mobile companies direct.

Madison, the customer services representative who dealt with my query, provided first class attention. When I believed that I'd managed to sort my problem, I hadn't so had to ask for help. Madison fully understood the problem, took it out of my hands completely and sorted it out; brilliant service.

Always happy to help.. Recently had a major outage which was nothing that anyone could help - local works and a cable cut, within 30 minutes of the problem being flagged, Mark was on site with a 4g router to keep us online whilst Openreach worked on the problem! This is the type of service we need to keep us in business

Just changed contract to move to Ice Comms. Complete chaos and over 25% of work mobiles not connecting now for over 72 hours. Just get standard message from Ice Comms that "it's out of our control" and "we're hoping to get resolved asap". Causing real issues for our business and no timeline for getting it resolved.
